Element Vapor Case

I ordered the pink Vapor Comp case last Saturday and received it Friday afternoon. I also order from the SGP store the Incredible Shield Transparency kit, which I haven't had a chance to put on yet.

It was very easy to put the bumper on the phone. (Damn, those screws are tiny!) I haven't noticed any reception issues or difference in the phone operation. I did notice the plastic side has a little flexibility but, honestly, I only noticed it because I saw it mentioned here. If I hadn't read about it beforehand I still probably wouldn't have noticed it.

All in all the first 24 hours are problem free and I'm a happy customer. The pink case and white iPhone are a cool color combo. (Probably not a combo for guys...)

Got my White Element Vapor 4!
Looks nice on my white 4S. Think I'll order a white carbon fiber wrap for the back now. I'll try to update this post later with a picture.

Any pics? My mom has a white iphone and likes pink cases.

Did you get the vapor 4, the all aluminum one? I was thinking of getting this for my 4S since I prefer the all aluminum over the vapor pro one with the plastic insert. I was just wondering about reception issues from the vapor 4 or if the iphone 4s wasn't affected by it.
 
With the adhesive suede backplate, can it be removed and put back on without messing up the back or being loose afterwards?

No pic's yet, I'm deployed so not much time.
I did test wifi with case on and off, no reception loss.
Now I know it's not GPS or 3g signal but again currently deployed so no access to those at the moment.
Few things:
1.Very lightweight
2. Fits pretty good not lose at all.
3. Wish I got the back plate. More like a bumper than a case.
4. When putting on and taking off be careful of the edges where the case piece's connect. Very sharp and already scratched my phone a bit.

I'm on day 6 as well. I receive my case and didn't like it for my own subjective reasons. I could not find a phone number and found that the only thing I could do was open an RMA ticket request. They say they will respond within two business days with an approval or rejection. It is calendar day 6 and business day 4 since I sent my request. I added a reminder request on the 3d business day, and also submitted a request through their general customer support contact area as well to see if I could get a response there. Nothing from either. I'm giving it a day then challenging the charge through my credit card company. There is no excuse for not having a phone number to call customer service, or to have to wait this long for a response via email.

I will definately not be doing business with them in the future. I was also one of the people who was on the pre-order list for an ungodly amount of time for the original vapor case for the Iphone 4. I finally cancelled my pre-order after waiting too long (and finding the SGP Neo Hybrid to fit my needs). I decided to give it another go and was sadly disappointed.

I guess there is a reason they have the following highlighted in bold under their return process instructions. They must be used to this:

•Finally, if you have a problem with your order or shipment, please contact us first to discuss the issue before you considering filing a dispute with your credit card issuer or PayPal. Our goal is make our customers happy. If you don't feel that is possible, at least give us the opportunity to be fair. Once a dispute is filed, the options for an equitable resolution are severely limited.

Received my cases today. Cost me $62 shipped with 3day DHL shipping for Element Vapor Pro Case. Great fit, feel and finish! Got them from jacky lin on aliexpress.

Comes with all accessories, case and more. Cant complain. Super fast shipping, super fast response by seller, quality product.

Both my 4S and Vapor Pro came today. On my black 4 I never put a case on it. But I really like how this looks. Very happy.

Not so happy w/ Imported Vapor Pro

I just got my White 'Vapor Pro' from AliExpress. The case looks very nice and all the kit looks authentic. But the case doesn't fit my iPhone 4S properly. It's loose and the phone moves around inside the case a fair amount. This is not what I was hoping for.
