Element must have the worse customer service on this planet! I've written numerous emails asking about my order. I wanted to change the case I ordered to a different one. (The site wouldn't let me because it said it was still in process) 3 days later, I get an email saying that it was shipped. WTH?!!! That's what I wanted to avoid. Now I gotta receive the shipment and mail it back on my dime! SMH! They need to do something about this. This type of customer service won't make me come back for other items.
