contact them via the same way you did before when you "notified" them and explain what happened and see what they say... you certainly shouldn't keep something you didn't pay for unless they advise you to do so.

Have someone has consider painting there vapor pro same color of your car with car paint. Just a though......Don't flame me

One had a Carbon Fiber inset / look vs the other having a Kevlar insert, why the price difference? No clue.
Onto an... odd question to say the least: How does the Ultrasuede Back Plate hold up over time? I'm tempted to get one for my Stealth [since the CF back kills my signal
] but I'd like something that would last. If anyone has experience with it, it would be much appreciated 
I just got my Vapor Pro Spectra Blood Red/Black, with SGP CF back and screen protector for my 4S. So far I didn't notice any decrease in signal bars or wifi. I love the case, but my only complain is that you could see the silver edge of the phone from some angles. Overall, i like it. I took some pics, tell me what you guys think:

I just got my black-ops case yesterday. I have the white 4s and it look sleeeeeek!!! I probably will be getting another one pretty soon (either the all-white or the red/black). The frame fits nice and tight, and yes, you might be able to see some of the silver edge from some angles, but only if you really try.
It only cost me $74 from ebay and icame brand new with everything. ( better than $120!).

show the link of the ebay transaction or the picture. yes, the knock-off is identical to the real thing. if you buy from ebay, then it must come from the seller elementcase.com. Otherwise, it's a knock-off that can be purchased for $25. If the seller doesn't show proof of his purchase, then it's a knock-off for sure. The black-ops is the most easiest one to tell.
It's very hard now on this days to find a honest seller in ebay selling a authentic case, that's why I'd rather pay the extra cost and buy directly but I know I have the real deal. Regardless is a nice case but I will never pay that much for a fake case ofcoarse assuming is fake. At the end of the day what counts is that you're happy.
Im using the Vapor Pro Case (silver and blue) on my white 4S. Ive notice that the right side is starting to become loose, and all the screws have tightened to the max.
Has anyone else noticed this?

The right side should have padding on the top and bottom corners. If it doesn't... well that might be your problem in of itself :\
I have the padding on the side that has the volume, and headphone jack, but the side that has the sim card and the dock orifice is not padded. And thats the side that moves.
thats....weird. There should be padding on both sides.

My point was that with padding, it [the case] should essentially hold onto your phone better and not allow for that aforementioned looseness. It should have the adding, there's no reason why it shouldn't.
The padding should be located in the top right corner where it joins with the top area [power button] and the bottom right hand corner before it hits the dock opening.
Here's a shot of it [taken from gear diary]. You can see the padding on the shot, though a bit fuzzy.

The reason why this case works so well imo is that it just doesn't touch the phone, the padding keeps it off the phone, you can probably buy some of it somewhere.. though I have no idea what it would be properly called :S
Perhaps give the lucky labs spectra wrap a look it will cover the silver with whatever color
I've had it for a week and it is as white as the day I received it. Based off of the finish I do not think it will either.
Check with Tekcases.com I spoke with Mike last week and he still have a few left.
