when i order my black one tonight, im gonna see if they will send me an extra side piece as well in a different color. It doesnt hurt to try!
 
Have you dropped any calls, can you still call your mobile from another line, test your download speed, try a reset? I dunno im just throwing out some ideas

The question i asked is if the black/orange case sent to ilounge is available

So basically... "Solar Yellow" = Orange

I think the packaging mentioned "lime" for a color choice. So that may be the first "yellow" we saw in pictures and the "solar yellow" is the orange looking one. Wait - there is a "tangerine" mentioned on the packaging - so maybe that one was the one ilounge received - NOT "solar yellow".
 
I want a grey and red combo with carbon fiber. Buckeyes !

I just registered last week to pre order. Any ideas on how long it might take?

The gunmetal looks really dark. Are the pics accurate?

thanks i thought so.i almost went with the silver but thought a little to flashy but i bet the silver and blue look good together!

That's what gunmetal is, it's dark. ;) And they weren't available until recently unless you were somehow able to request it.
 
Just received yellow/black. Definitely not the orange in the latest picture, although being a University of Texas graduate, orange would not be a bad thing. This is the yellow in the original picture. Also have Lucky Labs Matte Black decals on. So far GPS works. There does seem to be fewer bars, but when I run the speed test, the upload and download speeds are about the same as before (this is in the hills of west Austin, where coverage is ok, but not great). All the calls I have tried so far have gone through with no issue.

Element Vapor iPhone 4 case - Very bad customer service!!

Sorry to vent here but looks like I finally found a place to post a complaint about the Vapor Case for the iPhone 4.

It's true that they have charged my card on 7/4 and I still have not received the case. I have written at least 6 emails (tried calling their customer service number but never got a call back, maybe because I was inquiring and not ordering??) just to inquire to the customer service and only received one response (mid July) in saying it is scheduled to be mailed the week after, which it didn't. Received the same mailer other folks got about the defect, and then another automated email. Then received another email saying they are "now taking pre-orders to ship next week so go purchase within 72 hrs...". I sent an email back because they introduced new colors now, which in my opinion should've been given as an option to the folks who have already pre-ordered a month+ ago.

I sent them an email asking what's up and to see if I can change my color options since my order hasn't shipped out. No reply back and next thing you know, I get an email saying my order is now shipped (8/10). I've been tracking it the last couple of days and called USPS and they said that although the electronic notification has been sent, the package itself hasn't been picked up due to unavailability. Is this a hoax?? Seriously?? They charge your card when the product is not even available yet, and now they send a shipping notification and not ship your product yet? For a case this expensive, you would've expected much better customer service. I understand that things could go very busy but they should've known the demand and planned accordingly.

Anybody else get a similar experience like me?

Yikes! I think there has been some similar experiences. Some people waited weeks to get theirs just like you. Unfortunately, I think Element Case is a very small company having sold over 5k vapor cases and they've been inundated with emails and phone calls. While this is no excuse... in their defense, they've been busy.

Hopefully some of the others who have spoken to customer service on here (who actually said their customer service was pretty nice) can chime in and provide a way for you to contact them. I wish you luck and hope you get what you really want!

be persistant until you get an answer! They will reply, i garantie!
They get a lot of messages daily just like yours... and they are only six people ( for now ) so as I said, keep sending messages. THey will answer, I am sure.

i could possibly give you a good email address to get ahold of someone there but i will have to send in private message i cant post it so everyone will get it.they have responded to all of my emails within 24 hours and been a very big help!!!
 
Wow this thread is growing faster than the old one, I really dig the gunmetal/blue combo but for the mixed bag of signal issues is keeping me from re-ordering even though I have a guaranteed place in line if I do so.

it is sweet!!better looking in person! my signal is good ,only had it for a day to test but will report back.

I know, I read that, but is that the same Black/Yellow I'm in line for from the pre-order sheet? It's all very confusing. I wish they'd list the colors w/ a pic next to it.

What happened to this one? They were calling this yellow before.
