As a small business owner myself I give these guys a little more leeway than the rest of y'all.
One, maybe two, guys are answering emails? This isn't a big outfit. This isn't a product for people expecting an email once a day, or a week. It's a custom case that probably takes quite awhile to produce, at least an hour or more per case I'd bet?
It's not a mass produced piece of Chinese crap plastic garbage.
I get what you are saying, I really do but if you aren't able to provide your customers with the product that you are in fact promoting for sale than you should (A) Hire enough people to carry out normal business operations
or (B) Don't be in business.
Not being able to deliver orders. Not being able to respond to numerous questions or concerns. Not being able to successfully handle cancelled orders. Not being able to make order changes before item ships. Not informing customers when there is a problem with their order .Sending out shipping notices
7 days before the item actually ships and not providing customers with tracking info says a lot more about the company than we are an overworked small business.

I post my details because these were the only colours that could be ordered and didn't require extra lead time and for weeks I've been enjoying pics of some very nice colour options out their while I wait for the two colours that were suppose to be the first shipped out.
I think that they make a very well built and beautiful product. I would have loved to order more from them because I see that they are artist and have amazing design ideas. If they attempted to keep their clients in the loop and attempted to make up for their mistakes I could forgive all the other stuff because I am a reasonable customer...........most of the time
