Lol. many share your feelings. They still seem to be doing sales so I guess the attraction of the product is overriding their subpar customer service and issues with the case. My biggest concern was the dock extender because there is a new device that I use in my work that plugs into the iphone that replaces a separate portable device. ( very happy about the doc extender tip from yesterday ) Mail doesn't get to my neck of the woods until 2 so I will report then back either way.
I dont know how anybody is even getting their stuff when we've been waiting nearly 2 months and people that ordered like 2 weeks ago have gotten theirs.
if those jury rigged dock connectors didnt cost as much as they do for some heatshrink tube and the connectors I would buy one. I'm just gonna get one from ebay for 5bux and take it apart and heatshrink tube it myself.
ElementCase, get on your game and get your product to the people that paid first before the people that paid last...at this point I want some free stuff from them for the pointless waiting...an extra cap or a carbon back would suffice...or for the love of boobs just give me a tracking number that actually works or is an actual tracking number...I really gave these guys a chance and was fair with my expectations of delivery but they have taken that and pushed it to the edge which isn't right by any means. No matter how nice the case ends up being I wont be able to give them a good review.
