Element Vapor Case

LOL. That's too funny. I guess waiting that long put a sour taste in your mouth. I totally understand. At least there are some new options out there if you decide you want another aluminum case.
I signed up for pre-order on July 29, just shy of two months and counting, to even be able to order this case and then likely wait weeks to receive it. I am a pretty patient person but it's even starting to wear on me. I don't know how some of you guys have done this. Also emailed expressing concern about people pre-ordering after me and receiving their case before me, just to get no response.
I still believe the Vapor is the nicest of these aluminum cases that are popping up, however soon I may just go with the Alumacase once their site is up 100%. Kinda bummed that I think I'm going to wind up passing this case up due to Elements slowness and lack of customer service as many others have mentioned.
Edit: BTW, Happy to see you finally got the case Cynikal haha.

Hatersgonnahate did you bother to read Cynikal's post. It says 4 bars. It works in some maybe the majority of cases (excuse pun). The name "Hatersgonnahate" is appropriate.
I've had my silver/silver for over a month. I was nervous about The GPS function loosing accuracy in some places but generally pretty happy. My focus is probably on looks. I suppose that confirms your original post.

I registered to pre order about the 3rd week in July and still not able to order...you are not alone...all this waiting has turned my attention to the fusionwerkz raw case. I like it better than Vapor now.
Wow... I see there are a couple of you... Element this is totally unacceptable. I ordered July 2nd, if I were still waiting Element would have heard from my lawyer! Especially when people that ordered way after you guys already received their case.

ur going to be even more mad. ppl in this very thread are saying they have been ordering without preorder codes, and their orders have showed up to their doorsteps already
I pre-ordered on August 3rd, still haven't received order code yet. In response to my order status email inquiry I received the following reply which pretty much confirms what others here have gone through to place their orders.
My email:
"Hello,
This is the 3rd time I've tried to check the status on my registered pre-order I placed on August 3rd and I still have not received an ordering notification email. Please reply and let me know what my ordering status is as soon as possible."
Their reply:
"It's currently a 6-8 week wait from the time you register till you receive your instructions on how to order and your code.

Hah yeah I've seen that. I mentioned that in my last email to them a few weeks ago, to which I've still heard nothing. Oh well, luckily I'm not dying for the case, unluckily I personally still find it to be very attractive. We'll see what happens if & when the time comes that I can actually order.

You're at the mercy of Element's whims now. From the time my Paypal transaction was completed, to the time they got around to shipping, it was 44 days. And that was only after I filed a dispute with Paypal. So, just because your transaction was completed, doesn't mean it's anywhere near shipping. Element charges immediately.

i've not followed this thread in at least a month. have they remedied the issue with the case being too bulky, and not being to accept many headphones? also, what about signal issues? i've read several articles that it kills the signal..
