I just placed my order from element a few days ago and I was curious what the new extreme metal graphite/frost looked like since it really did not show it on the element site so I did not order it. But today I seen some pictures of it on Ebay and I was curious of where they got the pictures. Does anyone have any idea or have a picture of it yourself and if so would you mind posting it. Thanks.

I guess it probably is a photoshop but it is a good one. I would like to see the real thing or should I say real picture.
Yeah, it's Photoshop. Better than nothing, of course, but still not the real thing.
I'd like to see real pictures too, especially pics of the new 007 vapor case.
Everyone that sees the Vapor on my phone get really excited about it. Virtually no one has even heard or it, let alone any other aluminum/metal case. The CF on the back really blows their minds. People get real excited until they ask how much it cost, then they kind of deflate a little. But the overall response is amazement and lots of questions. I know alot of Android users and they are interested to the point that they get sad they cant get one for their phones. Actually, yesterday I have some very intelligent Android vs. iOs discussions , but that is another thread.
Element ain't amazon. What I mean is even after you order it could take 2-3 weeks or more before your case is shipped. Or like in the case of a few here months!
Basically from what I can tell, if you order with an order number from Element emailing you, you will get a confirmation that the post office has a package and postage paid for to ship to you. This does not mean that the package was filled and sent, only purchased. And your order will be filled as fast as they can manufacture your chosen colors. If you order without a code, they do the same thing except your order gets put at the very back of the line of orders legit and snuck in, and will be filled when they get to you. As you can figure form this thread, lots of people are ordering from them, the ones that order in their assigned groups are waiting upwards of 3+ weeks from the order date to receive the product. Those who snuck an order in much, much longer. Some I would not recommend that anyone orders with receiving an email and code to do so, otherwise you will most certainly be in for a long wait and we will have to endure your complaints on the thread. But, I will expand on what I have stated earlier in the thread, I don't feel that they should or should be allowed to accept payment for a product that is not yet shipped. If it isn't in a box on its way to the customer, Element should not get paid, until the product is.

I hear you guy's have great beer............I like beerso these types of cases are more like an extra sturdy bumper? do they protect well against drops? how much bulkier are they then say, a pixelskin hd?
metal dents right? Apple original bumpers won't dent.
I think most here want the case for the looks, not for the protection it does not offer
I am surprised a plastic Vapor/ rubber case isn't out there yet.

I could be wrong but as far as I know, SGP doesn't do their front-facing camera cutouts like that. It's just one symmetrical, elongated cutout.

A BIG its about time EC, next Vapor on the iPhone. Cynikal.Mindset you must admit it is one sick case in person, much more so than the renderings we all were teased with mouths ago.
I'm pushing 2 months, I think. It's been so long I can't even remember when I registered. And, at this point, whenever I get the e-mail saying I can order I don't think I'm going to anyway. We are finally getting more options, and as slick as the vapor is I'm not sure it's worth it. I picture getting it right before launch of the next iPhone.
the case is top notch craftsmanship in both the cnc work and the anodized finish...so far in my limited testing I get 4 bars (-85db) where I always got that without the case so reception does't seem to be affected in my home/work areas at least, wifi seems the same and GPS does take a few more seconds to locate but it keeps true once locked.
I'm gonna fully line it with some space age foam material for more piece of mind but it does work right out of the box, for me at least.
