my signal (wifi, bluetooth, gps and cellular) has not been comprimised with the vapor case, my headphones fit in the port fine and my apple cable works fine...indiviual results may vary depending on what headphones you use or how good your reception is in the first place.

+1 with Cynikal.Mindset comments. But definitive where did your thoughts being "case being too bulky" come from. This is the sleekest case there is, period.
I went to the apple store today in San Francisco. I wanted to ask A question. I pulled out my phone with my Element silver/silver case. They were blown away and wanted to know where I got it. We compared the signal with the genius's personal IP4 and all the display models. My signal matched all the phones. At times I was 1 bar better or 1 worse but averaged out to be the same or slightly better.
I think that is the nicest looking case they made so far. I want one of each colour. I think this has to be it in a review.

I was the winner for the Vapor case on TUAW, I got a comfirmation email with tracking number on 9/15, and it still hasn't updated till today. 
It says "package shipped" but another part of the tracking info says that even though it says its shipped, it doesnt mean anything. LOL
I'm so confused and upset. I don't want to be an annoyance but I really want this case that I won.

So did anyone who order the 007 case receive it yet? Has it been shipped? My order still says awaiting fulfillment.
what a joke. follow us on twitter for special limited edition cases and order without a pre-order code.....while many people are still waiting patiently for two months just to order a standard vapor case. seeing them doing this could be the straw that breaks the camels back for me. finally something to save me from spending $80.

This is about how I feel at the moment. . .
I have had my "pre-order" request in for about 3 months now and have yet to get a order link. This company needs to crap or get off the pot because making people wait isn't doing them any justice.
If this is a small sized company that is fine however with the current demand expanding the equipment and workers would be easily covered. Heck even outsourcing the machine work to another local shop that would meet your quality standards would be an improvement.
If I don't have my order link by Oct 14th I am going to pull it and give to a friend because waiting 4+ months for an $80 item is beyond stupid.

I ordered an AR15 extreme metal case last week (9/23) WITHOUT a preorder code, and im NOT following them on twitter. And i just got an email today that says "awaiting shipment"
I posted an e-mail from them a couple pages back in which they confirmed i would need a preorder code to order an extreme metal. so i dont understand how my order went thru.
Question for those who've received an "awaiting shipment" how long till after you received this email, did you receive your case?

thanks, but it looks like its 7-10 bus. days, whether or not the order has a pre-order code or not.

they told me everyone who preordered isn't following through. im thinking they are letting the extreme metals be sold without preorder (per the twitter update) so they can get some new faces smiling
if anybody wants a black/red NO carbon case I'm selling mine, the love affair is over, I waited too long for it...I'll let it go for what I paid for it. $110USD shipped. Otherwise its going to ebay tonight...I'll ship as soon as funds clear and there will be tracking number and insurance
I can't believe some of you are still waiting for this freaking case. Even those who received it and gave it good reviews are apparently getting rid of it.

I really like the case a lot but I wanna get a fusionwerkz raw with open back...and having more than one case that tools are required to put on and remove is a pain in the arse...and I kinda wanna get the stupid alumacase too...and then one of those 2 will have to go...damn iPhone 4 and all the nice cases out there!!!
