Very nice looking - if you have an opportunity mind posting pics of speedtest with and without the case? Just wondering if they've made headway on the reported reception issues (I say reported because I've yet to receive my vapor, so have yet to see it for myself).
Man I hate to say this because I have this case coming also but from what I am seeing in the pictures I am a little disappointed. I don't know what I was expecting but it was something a little more than this. Oh well, off to eBay i guess.
Were you expecting a gun or a laser inside? A smoke bomb?
It looks just like every other vapor minus the different finish and lack of logo.
I honestly didn't know what to expect, maybe some actual color or some brush marks like they claimed! I'm just glad I have the ar15, that's all I am saying.

I have the AR-15 as well. I guess you have to see it up close. Definitely a different finish than a regular vapor. I want to say a bit more high gloss.
I know it's not what most have encountered, but i haven't had any signal problems or otherwise with both vapors i have.
sounds like you're in a really good signal area. You should test it out and see your actual dB ratings
The 007 looks pretty sharp - really wish they would fill my orders. I ordered at 3pm EST on the day ordering opened, and I got nothing.
The great thing about the 007 model is when it gets scratched or dinged you'll be able to blend in the damage with sandpaper and / or Scotchbrite.

I looks like the Silver/Silver. The renders make it look like there was a hint of blue or smoke in it. I'm sure it looks better in person being such a subtle colour. I think it's more the finish that makes it special and it would be hard to see that in pics.
More pics, please? If it's not much to ask...

OK I give some cred to vapor - they responded to an email from me within 48 hours, and openly admitted that even after the last redesign reception issues are still somewhat hit or miss.

Some customers have been able to resolve their reception issues by installing the case properly to ensure that the case does not touch metal antenna, and others have used tape or full body shields like the one from Zagg.

Sep 23 rcv the "Order Now!" email
Pondered for a bit.....
Sep 26 ordered a black/black and frost/blood red
Oct 3rd (Sunday) sent an inquiry about when to expect shipping
Oct 4th (10pm that Sun night on the west coast) received a response saying ship by Oct 6th
Oct 5th Received "Awaiting Shipment" email
Oct 6th Received "Shipped" email
So far, so good....

the only thing about the finish is its just a machined finish, no powder coat or anything. just bare aluminum
Just got my two 007 cases and put it next to the Silver/Silver case and they are identical. The only difference is the 007 has no logos and serial numbers printed on the inside of the case and the Silver/Silver has logos and no serial number. The finish is exactly to same. no difference

the silver seems to have a more dull/matte finish against the 007 version...they do appear to look different from the pics you posted...premium price different? dont think so...I guess the premium price is for no logos and a limited edition marking on the inside
