I bet money he’s trying to sell some sort of subscription service through the Tesla app.
It’s simple, he just wants more for himself and no competition to stand in his way.
You mean they were attacking the person for being a hypocrite? I think it was a bit more predictable that Elon is a hypocrite, yet again.Love how every comment here is a "Oh yeah, well, Elon did this...."
How original and unpredictable.
Pretty sure this is an article where Musk said something completely hypocritical and factually outside of reality. The deal is, just like the orange man, this guy is a rich troll. People do not like trolls.Lol what is so triggering about Musk? Is he the new orange man we blame when we stub our toe or forget to pay a bill?
What’s the deal
Bluetooth audio quality is anything but flawless. CarPlay, wireless or wired, sounds far better.

You act like you know ANYTHING about how much it costs Apple for any of that, or how much income they get from their 30% fee extortion. YOU KNOW NOTHING. Yet you're sure 30% is the perfect amount to charge to cover all that AND still make some money because, well like you said, they're a business and need to make a profit. At what point does profit become gouging? Would you be happy if every grocery store charged 500% more than you think they should because they have to pay for a building, hire and pay workers and they have a distribution channel for goods? 500% markup OK with you? How about 1000%? You never go somewhere and comment that some product or item for sale is overpriced? Apparently not since every business is allowed to make a profit no matter how excessive, right? He is an assclown. While one might think 30% is high when one considers the infrastructure, staffing, and maintenance of the app store, it isn't really. People want to scream at Apple when a bad app gets deployed without thinking about what it takes to identify a bad app. There isn't any magic here. If you want a high-quality store, it takes resources. Resources cost money. Ergo, 30%. Oh yeah, btw, Apple is a business. Businesses work on a for-profit model.
I never said people don't like rich. I said they don't like trolls. Also don't care how anyone spends their money.people don't like rich. but rich from accomplishments or dumb luck rich? and who are we to say how one spends their own money?
also- find it hilarious people think he's dumb.

it is Elon Derangement Syndrome in my view.
Leave alone the richest man in the world! This is probably the worst thread ever to start talking about corporations and their wealth.
There's actually a great gauge for this: Apple is charging the industry standard. Calling it extortion is absolutely ridiculous, and your examples of what a consumer pays to buy something is nothing like what a vendor is charging to sell something. I don't know what the right number for all of these online marketplaces to charge is...but I know one thing, I would never go apes**t on the internet about it.You act like you know ANYTHING about how much it costs Apple for any of that, or how much income they get from their 30% fee extortion. YOU KNOW NOTHING. Yet you're sure 30% is the perfect amount to charge to cover all that AND still make some money because, well like you said, they're a business and need to make a profit. That's fair, my car has something like 20+ Bowers & Wilkens speakers and I play it so loud I'm going deaf.It doesn’t make any difference with the crap I listen to and the road noise.
Why because he gets to complain and whine and we can't? ?Leave alone the richest man in the world!
Exactly, the guy comes out talking smack about whatever all of the time and the Muskrats come in droves to stop anyone venting about it.Why because he gets to complain and whine and we can't? ?

OK, but where did you get that exact $100M value from? Couldn't it be another value? Who will decide it?He can’t stop lying and abusing.
It’s time to end billionaires and the power they abuse.
Nobody needs to have a billion dollars.
They should be forced to sell assets and pay taxes whenever they hit a $100 million wall.
Even $100 million is mad money and makes the ultra wealthy abusive, dishonest and very corrupt.
OK, but where did you get that exact $100M value from? Couldn't it be another value? Who will decide it?
Maybe we could invite Karl Marx, Trostky, Lenin and Stalin to help us with the exact value?
Go away, Elon. We are all very sick of you.
Liberals are scared that he’ll unban Trump and refuse to “deplatform” (goodspeak for censor) everyone they disagree with. It’s not a matter of leave him alone I don’t really care whether you like him or not , or he keeps you up at night and lives in your head and your dreams whatever floats your boat
it’s a matter of what’s your criticism other then you don’t like he’s rich and he’s why you stubbed your toe?
Reeeeee
Like I said his views and praise of China is extremely questionable. I can say that can’t I? I’d also like to understand how much taxpayer money has funded his operations and pending the results wouldn’t be overly happy with that either.
Pretending to read into his mind that he wants no competition is kinda silly on the other hand
People get so personally offended by him like he slept with their wife or something. It’s just really bizarre just like orange man rage
Grown adults need to blame their problems on an individual so far removed from them it’s kinda weird Is all
It follows in the same patterns of TDS except replace T with E
Does Epic Games have a developer program that charges a recurring $99 annual fee? They used to charge $19 monthly to use the Unreal Engine, but it's free now.On the basis of what, I'm curious to know? Epic's is 12% and reportedly they don't make a profit. I seem to remember that came up in the trial.
