Same here/ The beans out of Central America, Mexico and the South are usually exceptional. I've found very few that weren't to my taste. As for Jamaican Blue Mountain, that is probably my favourite from the Caribbean. It's been yeasr since I last had any, as almost no-one carries it anymore. I first ran across it back in about 1978 or 9, when I was in South Africa. Even then it was running $30/lb. I think the last place I managed to buy some was from the now defunct Beanery chain of coffee sellers when I was living in Kentucky. It was about $40 or better a pound then. I do have to say, though, that I've never minded the price, too much. It really is an exceptional coffee!
