For both AirPods Pro 3 and iPhone 17 Pro Max no tracking yet, still says preparing for shipment (and delivery tomorrow). But I know the shipment/distribution is coming from the Netherlands so not worried.....yet.

Edit: Did get a 'your trade-in process has been started' email just now

Mine is showing as coming from Prague, even though Netherlands is closer

Yup same here. I only got one Email from DHL Express. But idk if its the Watch or the iPhone, because both are still preparing for shipment on the Apple site.
 
I just got a text message from DHL Express as well. I was expecting UPS, but this will do as well.

My phone traveled from Czechia to Nürnberg this morning. Apple btw still says “PTS”, they are always the last to update.

Do you live near an Apple store? You could pop in tomorrow and see what they have.

At least, while there, you should be able to see the entire range and colour selection. That's my plan.

To be fair, I'm also expecting the store to be out of stock of whatever I decide I want anyway, so may need to wait a week or so before buying. That doesn't bother me, though.

Edit: I just clicked on my current preferred choices (white base model and the silver Pro Max) and it says I can collect from the store tomorrow (Basel, CH) as they're in stock. How true that is, I don't know.

My iPhone got shipped with DHL Express and the Watch with UPS.... lol. 😅🤦‍♀️

To my other post about getting iPhone tomorrow: There is no Apple Store here, BUT i called 2 resellers that where listed on the Apple page in my city. They both said they will get iPhones tomorrow, but they not sure how many. But I could come there and if I am lucky maybe the model is there that I want.

Just checked the Apple Store app and both iPhone and EarPods are send! iPhone coming with UPS, tracking number is not showing things yet. EarPods with DHL Express.
 
Coolblue (in Germany) is still having some iPhones for tomorrow - already got a shipping notification. For anyone maybe considering to still order an iPhone for tomorrow.
