Italy here too. Awesome! Which courier did they use for your order? DHL or UPS?
Mine changed this morning from "processing" to "preparing for shipping". Not shipped yet unfortunately.
My est date are 30 Oct - 4 Nov.
They use DHL they I have already received the MagSafe silicon case last Wednesday.
It's been UPS for me for all orders this time. Normally it's DHL though, but it varies.

same here I also cannot see the order status, it looks like they have an issue.
It really depends. Some people are receiving the iPhones a few days before the est. date, but it's hard to tell.
Hmmm I don’t know, i don’t check it compulsively, when it arrives, arrives...
I saw the mail and when I opened the order page it was shipped but I haven’t checked when it was “preparing for shipping”, I haven’t checked everyday.
Only thing is that at the beginning (when I placed the order) it was saying “2th November”. So almost one week later.
Sameish here: ordered couple minutes before you and have 3rd nov for 12pro 256 graphite. - I‘m know to be a patient guy but these preorders... damn 😅
Haha.. I know what you mean, I've gotten anxious and considered reaching out to Apple but luckily stumbled upon this Forum and now I'm relieved. I'm expecting a change tomorrow 🤞
They have announced the preorder are going to be open at 14h00 but actually they did open them at 14h10 not exactly at 14h, and there was some issues if you used the Apple Store app with Apple Pay it did crash and did charge you the amount, that what happens to me and I got the preorder confirmation like 50 minutes after I have placed the order.
Quite the same on web, opened the Apple store at 14:05, few minutes after all was okay, I selected the option for the phone, than I selected "add to cart", then... nothing... only errors from the Apple server, so I reload the page few times but it was stucked. So I gave up and I come back to see what was going on the Apple site 15/20 minutes after, and I found 25 iPhones in my cart 🤣 then I ordered ONE iPhone and the delivery was saying 29 oct - 2 nov, after few days it changed to 2 November only, than I stopped checking but Friday has arrived an email from Apple "your iPhone has been shipped, delivery date 27 Oct"... niiiicee
On Apple.com - delivery 26.10 - 28.10. Preparing to ship. They blocked cash amount on my card. Do you think guys it will arrive till Wednesday?
Mine has changed to "preparing to ship" on Saturday and it hasn't moved to "shipped" yet. So I think it will be really hard that they will deliver this Wednesday, unless they ship it today.
But, one thing: I have 30 Oct - 4 Nov delivery, so maybe you have an higher priority than me and they'll ship it sooner
So it changed to "preparing to ship" last Thursday, not today? OMG.
Then yeah, very luckily they will ship it today and you'll get it Wednesday. I will cross my fingers for you!
