From reading the posts above regarding the long wait period between the pre-order and delivery, I don’t know the situation with the Apple stores in your respective countries and how far close you are to an Apple store. But here in The Netherlands, I usually check for new stock early in the morning and place an order for same day pick-up or at most in the next 1-2 days. Yesterday morning when I checked, it was available for pick-up on same day. But for some reason, I did not place the order. Today morning, I checked again and there was new stock for pickup this Wednesday and I have placed an order. In NL, new stock comes up around 6.30 AM. It must be the same in most of the countries in Europe, I suppose. So maybe, some of you could try this option....has always worked for me better than pre-ordering and waiting for a long time.

Yes on Thursday. This comes from Czechia, so when I ordered iPad Air 4, it was shipped on 22.10 and arrived 23.10 to Poland. We do not have Apple Stores in Poland

I'm Czech and I ordered iPhone 12 graphite 6 minutes after preorders started. Now when I look on my order status it's showing this:
We also dont have Apple Store in Czech rep. Does anyone know from where are they sending product to countries without Apple Store?
The shipments seem to be dispatched to everywhere in continental Europe from Eindhoven, Prague or Milan. Not sure about the UK.
Nope. When I tried to place order for the first time, there was some issue with connection. (It was showing devilery on 23). On second time there was delivery on 29 and it didn't changed since then.
Ok, so mine 512 GB has 2 days more to arrive. I think that if they will sent it tomorrow then it will be on Wednesday.
We have a public holiday on Wednesday so maybe that's the reason why I will have it on Thursday. I can't wait!
I think that Apple has finally shipped my iPhone 12 Pro.
Went to UPS My Choice to check another parcel I'm waiting for and I saw another entry, I opened it and I realized that is my iPhone (I can see in the details the number reference, and is the same as the one I have on my iPhone order on the Apple Store). On Apple website is still on "preparing to ship".
The weird thing is that the package weight is 0.30kg. Don't know. Seems a bit lighter for a phone? Maybe is just the trade-in box to return my old iPhone 11 Pro.

It's the iPhone indeed. Mine was 0.32 kg. At least that's what was declared on the shipment sticker.
AFAIK this is normal. The phone weighs about 180g, the rest is packing material.
I ordered my 12 PRO Ocean Blue on 16th October at around 3 pm. due to issues with the Apple Store app.
It has up until not been scheduled for delivery on 2nd November and been in "preparing your shipment" since Friday.
I just received an email that the phone was shipped and will arrive tomorrow.

Just for my curiosity, can you check on the tracking the package weight? How much is it?
0.3 kg which seems almost impossible since the phone it self is 189 g whorl assume packaging makes up more than 111 g.
The status of my order just did change to shipped this morning, prediction is to be delivered on the 28 of october by DHL, the estimated date I had was between 3.nov - 10.nov.
The box is in a white box that itself is in the shipping box . I don't have the white box and the shipping box anymore but I wouldn't be surprised by the weight .
After quite some time of waiting my phone should be delivered today. What I really don’t understand tough is the transportation process. Haha
When did thes write you that your order has been shipped? Mine is still saying delivery oct 29 but it is still preparing to send.
my status changed from processing to be shipped to shipped yesterday around 3pm.
