Netherlands here, just got an SMS from DHL, delivery tomorrow.
Also Netherlands, 10:31 SMS from DHL, incoming tomorrow by EOD !
Yepp, that's how it looks. Those notifications are all automated. As soon as soon as the label is printed out from the parcel company, you get the notification that "We've received a package for you...". After the iPhones get physically thrown on the lines to get sorted and scanned by the cameras, then you can track the package and then the arrival date is calculated by the system.
Same here, but I have a delivery estimation of 30 Oct - 4 Nov. So it's ok, no rush.
I'm just a bit disappointed because I placed the order just a few mins after the preorders opening.

I think most people who have a delivery scheduled for 23-Oct on their Apple status should at some point today get a notification.
