+1 it seems...
However my tracking data still show 'Shanghai' with no update since the 1st...

Hey,

for me it looks the same, seems there are many here with that situation. If one of us calls UPS or Apple about it, could you also post the result of that call here? In another thread in the M1-subforum someone said UPS told him they even lost track of the package..

Sure thing! I've dropped a message to UPS few minutes ago... Let's see what they come up with

So, the rep from UPS (I removed ops names):

- Me: Hello, I think there might be a problem with a parcel coming from China (<tracking number>). It seems stuck in Shanghai for several days now according to tracking data and there is no estimated delivery date displayed on your tracking page. This delivery has an impact on my business so may I please ask you to provide me with more info? Thanks

- UPS: Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us. We are really sorry for the inconvenience with the delivery of your parcel. We suggest you keep trackign this parcel, and in a few days, if there is no movement , contact us again.

- Me: Hi, can you at least provide the actual status and estimated delivery date please? thanks

- UPS: We are currently waiting for our team to update this information. We are experiencing some delays with this process. Please keep looking for updates on our site and if you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.

To me this confirms they are having some issues but the op did not want to communicate on the nature of these issues, neither on an estimated delivery date...

Finally mine was delivered today.

Final recap:
16” 10/16/32gb/1tb/ita
Order: 30/10, destination Italy
Charge: 20/11
Prepare to Shipping: 22/11
Shipped: 25/11 from Shanghai with UPS, leaved Shanghai on 01/12
Delivered: 03/12

As of the machine itself, is really beautiful in the hands. It feels slimmer in reality than how it looked in photos or videos. And while is heavier than my old 13” rMBP, it still feels very solid.
I have to wait till the afternoon to set my account up and copy all my projects, but first impressions are very positive.

hello world, first post here but wanted to share my experience.

- Ordered a custom build in the 10s of November.
- "dispatched" on the 27th via Shangai and Seoul.
- "Departed" from Seoul on 30/11
- "Arrived" in Germany on 30/11 and cleared the Köln customs after some hours.

Final destination in Germany. Original Apple ETA 8-15th December, then updated by UPS to 1st of December.

Yesterday, after missing the deadline and receiving no more updates I get in touch to UPS and they tell me that the package has not arrived even to Germany.
UPS's tracking system is currently messed up, my theory is that they "optimistically" give the tracking updates because according to the online tracking the package has cleared German customs, but according to their customer service the shipping is not yet in Germany. Today I asked them again and they told me they had still no scan AKA not in Germany still.

I called Apple and they told me that they are guessing the package to arrive on the 6th of December and they can see the package being "at the terminal" at the german airport. I feel nobody has a clue on where the damn package is, I just hope that the MBP was left behind in Seoul and now is catching up on today's flight..

UPDATE:
I had Apple support on the phone. At least they gave more info than UPS. The operator could see a status 'carrier delayed' and an estimated NEW delivery time ==> Dec 6th. That aligns with the info of @wallaroo83

My status:

29/10: Ordered a Space Gray 16” Max M1, 10 CPU CORES, 32 GPU CORES, 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD, SWEDEN
Estimated delivery: 13-20 December

8/11: New estimated delivery date: 7-14 December

30/11: Preauthorized card

3/12 (today): Still processing

Well, I guess I will not get my computer sooner than 7 December at least. But it's ok, I'm fine with that. I'm happy to give Apple all my money and making them rich....er and getting nothing in return. It's fine, I feel fine, 100% ok! Don't worry about me, I'm ok.... GAAHHHH! ??

Today is the last day of the last estimated date (Nov 26 - Dec 3)... First time Apple miss it (usually, i got goods before or the first estimated date)

Summary:

- Ordered: Oct 22 MBP 16" space grey MAX/64/2TB
- First delivery window: Nov 26 / Dec 3
- Nov 29: Pushed to Dec 13 / Dec 15
- "Preparing to ship" Nov 30 6h45 PM
- "Shipped" Dec 1 3h25 PM (DHL)

Apple estimated: Arrives Wed Dec 08

Next week is my week! :)

Edit: I just read that on the US pre-order thread:
"I ordered my 16" M1 Max 10c/24c/64gb/2tb MBP on 10/25 and received it yesterday (12/2). My original estimate was Dec 9-16."

It's Apple logic....

I ordered a 16" M1 Max with CPU 10‑core, GPU 32‑core, Neural Engine 16‑core 64gb/1 Tb to Italy as well, actually ordered one day before you and is still processing with a window Dec. 7-15.
BTW this was ordered through the business channel, not retail.

Takes too long.

Omfg, close to 40 days and also done through business channel? I thought they'd be prioritized (such as the orders from other companies, no matter the size) since it's "business" essential, sorry to hear about it, best of lucks to you buddy.

I also thought the same but obviously it is not prioritized. We'll need to have a talk with our apple business rep.
In any case the order just moved to "preparing to ship" so maybe I'll get it in the next few days.
