Probably it won’t be UPS doing the delivery.
Anyway, enter your Apple order number including the W minus the last 2 digits. That should be enough. I got a tracking number but it must be someone else’s whose Apple’s order number first 7 digits are the same as mine because it’s headed to Atlanta and there’s an American phone number from the Atlanta area associated with it. Definitely not me, of course.

Where are you from? Here in The Netherlands it depends on the carries. Previous years my iPhones got delivered by DHL, not UPS. It varies.

Anyway, my order is Preparing for Shipment and it’s status is updated in Deliveries.

I’m in the U.K. last time with my iPhone 7+ it was with UPS. Can’t seem to get the tracking this time with the order number or my phone number. Still expecting tomorrow for delivery.

It's certainly possible that it gets shipped with UPS. Last year I ordered two iPhones, one was shipped with DHL Express, one with UPS.

Interesting. We’re about to find out later on today how it’s gonna be like this year. Today I’m getting the iPhone case delivered by DHL.

Yeah. I believe it also depends on the country the buyer is located in and the warehouse it is being shipped from.
 
Happy thursday folks! Still in "preparing for shipment"...... my apple watch and my iphone 11 pro, both delivery for tomorrow........ :rolleyes:
 
Same thing here. ”Preparing for shipment” and then it still confidently states that will receive it tomorrow. They better have a plan.. :p

Same here, I'm expecting DHL delivery in The Netherlands tomorrow, shipping info later today.
 
I think it is weird how Apple waits until the day before release to release the phones for shipping.
It usually works out so they arrive on time , but i would think they cut it unnecessarily close when they could easily send a day or so earlier.
As long as it is Apple themselves sending the phone it wouldnt matter if some people had the phone a day early...

It think that's probably due to - as others have said before me - the phones shipping closer from their destination. For the Netherlands I would say they might've arrived already in Eindhoven for example. Hopefully they'll get shipped out today. Best thing is: I live literally just a town away from Eindhoven. :cool:

I don’t think so. Everything I order from Apple comes from their Italian warehouse near Milan. Despite not being “close” to their warehouse they only begin the shipping process of the products late in the afternoon of the day before delivery. They arrive in Lisbon the next day early in the morning. And if it’s DHL there’s a stopover in Spain during the night.
 
Called apple customer service. They don't have any news or any tracking code.
We only need to wait status update or the classic email with shipping code :(

It doesn’t matter how close you live to Eindhoven, it will probably move from Eindhoven to Brussels and back to Eindhoven again.
