Shipping statuses in the Apple Store app have also been updated to Shipped for all my orders (iPhone 11 Pro Max, Apple Watch S5, and a sport loop). iPhone shipping with DHL, Watch and loop with UPS. All coming from Italy.
Order status on Apple Online Store just changed to shipped! Shipment by UPS, tracking number not working yet, tho.
What model did you order and at what time? Got my order in for an 128GB iPhone 11 ten minutes after the preorder started and still haven’t heard anything.
I ordered the 256gb Midnight Green Pro model. The order page on Tele2 has also changed to shipped. I ordered on release day and completed the order within a couple minutes.
Mine Green Pro is also shipped, via DHL.
Ok, now we can get to discussion about the progress of the shipment
My phone is in Prague, DHL tracking says "Shipment information received" at 8:13 and no further actions.

So far it says “Shipment information received” at 09:56 and is in Milan.

iPhones are shipped, UPS. The tracking number does not work yet (like expected).

Unfortunately, it's not possible to specify a timeframe at UPS, since Apple chose the UPS Express Saver shipping method, which menas delivery by end of day.
Same here! Though I have one single tracking number for thee iPhones (11, 11P & 11PM)
