Yeah, no, I am aware of that, they couldn't have ordered beforehand unless they had a partnership with Apple and were an allocated inventory distributor.

Still, think if I'd gotten mine at the original estimated delivery date of May 20th - ordered 4 weeks later, and delivered 3 weeks earlier, and BTO vs standard model to boot...alas that is all a fairy tale now anyway.
 
I was busy for a few days with exams for school, but now I've done the most of them....still need to go to school for 4 weeks

Here the weather is really bad so a good day to update the thread.

My UPS tracking updated to delivery on 3 June today :eek:

Ordered 11th May. Delivers to The Netherlands 08-19th June. Still processing.

Reading this thread I feel rather lucky. About a month ago I'd looked into ordering a 1.1/256/silver online and was given an estimated wait time of 5-6 weeks. A couple of weeks ago (22nd) I popped into an Apple reseller in my town and they had a 1.1/256/gold on display. Tried it, decided I quite liked the keyboard. Asked what they had in stock and the assistant shook her head sadly and said, "Just one" - a 1.1/256/silver. Five minutes later I was out of there, new MacBook in hand. Of course, it then took four missed delivery attempts before bloody UPS could deliver a USB-C adapter from Apple...

I think you'll hear soon. Mine was 1-12 June and it was dispatched Friday evening and arrives tomorrow.

Though it has been in Cologne a long time clearing customs (since Saturday). UPS showing a departure scan from Cologne at 10am this morning and it seems to have disappeared since then!

I had to go via Apple for a specific discount... And apparently it worked :)

But now i see syncreon as final carrier... Never heard about them!

Apparently should be delivered tomorrow but no way to track it on syncreon website

Syncreon tend to deliver a lot of the accessories - they delivered my USB adapter cable a few weeks ago. Did you order a cable to go with it? That might be why. Mine is coming tomorrow by UPS.
 
Only ordered mine on 27th May but feeling the pain of the wait already!

1.2, 256Gb, Space Grey - estimated delivery 24th June - 7th July. Sigh. I guess I'll learn patience the hard way.

That was my mistake... even if no discount on the HDMI adapter...

so I assume the macbook came to NL to combine the shipment..

Edit: just changed to TNT International

Thanks for the encouragement! Coincidentally my status just changed into "Prepare for the shipment" ! Yay~

It's changed status to "preparing handover to final carrier" to "on route to customer". Still expected 10/6. Shouldn't take that long, should it? Where is it sent from?

Mine (which is 'out for delivery' today by UPS) was dispatched Friday so only 4-5 days from China to UK. I have never had your current status on this order but I do order a lot online and usually from 'preparing handover to final carrier' it takes another 1-2 days max. I would think if now changed from that to 'on route....' you should get today or tomorrow. I would think it must be in your home country.

I am right in thinking yours was BTO? Is that why it is shipping/trackable from China? I thought I saw somewhere on here that regular UK MacBooks were now shipping/trackable from the UK?

My 256GB Silver rMB (ordered 13 May) is still:
Processing Items Dispatched: 3 - 5 weeks
Delivery: 10 Jun, 2015 - 23 Jun, 2015 by Standard Shipping

Today is the first day of the Dispatch window.

It's tempting, but I get a university staff discount worth £147 off list price + 3yrs free hardware repair coverage (=AppleCare - phone support, worth £199), so it would cost me £346 extra to get it a couple of weeks earlier so it isn't worth it for me.
