Because extra 30 FPS you are not physically capable of seeing makes a world of difference.
That's ridiculous, you can notice up to 120 FPS and more. That's why they make PC monitors that support 120Hz. Go research it if you want to know about it because I'm not interested in arguing it.

You should've also read to whom I was replying. The whole point of my post was to say that you can't compare how powerful a GPU is with games without equal graphics and also without an FPS counter.

Android will soon be banned in the USA, it's dangerous.

You said following:
For all we know, the iPad 2 is running at 60 FPS and the Prime at 30 FPS and you can't tell that any other way than having an FPS output on screen.

So, if you can't tell in any other way than having FPS output, would it matter to you?

No, no, it seems I wasn't clear enough. You can tell the difference if you had both devices side by side, but not in a video. They also were example numbers, my point being that you can't use such a comparison to determine which device has a more powerful GPU or is capable of better graphics.

Any iOS device is capped at 60 FPS on screen, but the iPad 2 could possibly run that game at 150 FPS for all we know.
