The Inverness Green Braided Solo Loop isn't nearly as dark as the Apple product photo shows. I think of it much more as "sage" green which has a lighter, "dustier" gray-green quality. I just took a pic of mine in fairly bright sunlight and get pretty similar results:

Your description is absolutely spot on. I thought the same thing when I yoinked mine- it was too light. I bought one sealed and imagine my surprise to find the 5$ yoink was Inverness the whole time

I like how the Nike Sport Loop has more distinguishing details from the Apple Sport Loop.
Before, it was basically just Nike colors and the Swoosh patch on the inside.

These are becoming new favorites they don’t stretch as easily as some of the older loops

Hermès navy Kilim is an amazing band. The level of detail in those H patterns 😲

Nike black/blue sport loop also came today. The new stitching at the end is nice and the Velcro tabs are new.

How has the kilim held up now that it’s been out a while. Recently purchased one- birthday present to myself- hoping they will hold up

I wonder if shipping them pre-buckled has caused this out of the box. Either way, it shouldn't affect the functionality of the band.

It is more than likely the buckling causing this now that we have seen them for a while and getting them used seeing the same issue with the bending. I can confirm laying them out unbuckled for a while will straighten them out

The Apple Store display models by me already have permanent marks on them both from the buckle itself and I guess rubbing against other bands or the wooden tray. Kinda sucks. Will be interesting to see how they hold up over time.

Let’s get updates! Who has some that get worn on semi regular basis- how are they? I have absolutely refused to buy these until I have seen them well used

So I picked up my new Beige/Orange/Blue trail loop on launch day and only took it out of the box the next day before leaving for the airport for a couple of weeks away for work. The first time I opened it, the top Velcro patch is only about half connected - like it’s peeling from the top. Anyone else have this? I assume it’s a fault and I should get it replaced when I get home?

I am not seeing them come apart there, but on the back where the tab folds over, I have seen three now come apart. I am about to call Apple about them and see what they say

Trail loops seem to be the most prone to damage of the 3. Looking at the ones a few months in the constant connecting frays the material as visible in

Speaking of trail loops, have we discussed how some of them have like lines where the velcro is? Seems to be generation agnostic, manufacturing tolerances?

The older these get the worst they get from a reseller standpoint. I have sold 12-14 maybe- most look rolly like that

I just came into this thread today and made my vote. Obviously haven't looked through the whole thread, but do we know the actual number of OEM bands that Apple has released to date? I'm guessing the vote includes different colors of the same band type?

Praying we get new International Collection bands for the FIFA World Cup. Especially since some of the games are going to be played on Apple's own turf in Santa Clara.

Apple also commemorated the World Cup champions for the USWNT team when they won the women’s World Cup in July 2019 with a congrats team USA 🇺🇸 webpage with Memojis. So, I also hope that Apple releases revamped international collection sport loops or sport bands with that theme.
