Folks, a very stupid question, but I haved searched everywhere and I can't find it ... I'm not in USA and I want to buy the leather loop band ... but I don't know if one measure or the other fits well... it would be abuse on my part to ask them that with a rule they could measure both M and L (green lines, each one)? For sure, will be very grateful to all of you !!! PD: I know the apple guide, but the information is very wide snif

The Royal Pulse sport band seems to have a pretty strong purple tint, can you confirm this from your impressions IRL? I think I might like this colour a lot ... but I‘m not so happy that the holes are black. I prefer the holes in the Nike bands to be lighter than the band itself and/or at least be in a colour that matches/references the main colour in some way. Nike used to do this, that‘s why I really like violet/plum, mauve/beige, spruce/lichen, but I feel like this time around Nike just got very lazy – “you can have any accent colour you want, as long as it‘s black“. Hence the pulse/black and sand/black sport bands as well as the stupid black borders on all the new Nike sport loops.

Couldn’t decide between desert sand and royal pulse so I got both.

The desert sand is a lot more purple than the hyper grape - the hyper grape almost looks blue next to it. The royal pulse looks almost silver.

I got the Royal pulse/lava glow as well. I agree, it looks silver because the reflective threading on top just covers up the nice colours underneath. So all you see is the silver reflection.

I would say maybe a pastel purple tint. I thought the color was easy to explain until I set it beside my other bands. It looks much darker in the Apple store. It if more of a lighter color with more pop.

The new clementine! It definitely looks orange in some light and salmon in cooler/overcast lighting conditions. But it’s as close to orange as I’m gonna get from Apple without buying Hermès.

Thanks for the shots of Royal Pulse/Lava, I have been considering that one but not sure how I feel now that I see it's so light. It almost looks washed out or overpowered by the reflective material. At least by the photos you've shared.

I also added Desert Sand/Volt and own Hyper Grape. My initial impression comparing the two side by side was that Hyper Grape really looked more Grape, but I do recall thinking it had a bluish appearance to it. Still not sure what to think but I do know Hyper Grape is the Darker of the two.

It's almost like Desert Sand/Volt should have been named Hyper Grape. and Hyper Grape maybe Deep Hyper Grape, I think those names might be more fitting to describe the colors. I don't see "Desert Sand" in the color variation, but Volt is quite apparent. Either way, they're both great bands and I'm thankful to have both.

Royal pulse taken indoors in the morning, under more natural lighting. Looks less silver and the light blue and orange are coming through more.

Thought I’d post some of the Pink Blast/True Berry in case some people are curious. It’s actually quite a nice pink compared to the one on the new sport band. Indoors it looks quite a bit darker than on the Apple website.

I ordered the 44mm Silver Titanium and it just didn’t match all of my bands. So I ended up ordering a 44mm S5 SS. The always on display is really nice. Huge difference between this and my S0 SS!

I ordered with the Alaskan Blue Sport Loop. I also found four aftermarket bands on eBay that I liked.

Here in Australia I’m surprised that the pink blast loop and band delivery dates have both slipped to December.

Desert sand band also seems quite popular, showing late November delivery

Thanks again, I got the Royal Pulse now and the purple tint is really subtle. The best comparison would be, I think, that this is a lighter version of the earlier (non-Nike) Royal Blue; both of these blues are very, very vibrant.

in SG there was quite a bit of stock in the Apple store, and I was able to do a pickup. That was over the weekend. Now the earliest pickup is in nov. Glad I got mine already

Oh sorry forgot to mention. It’s the desert sand band. It was also having Long delivery dates despite being available for pickups

Hey guys, I know a noob question, is there anyway to swap out the silver part that clips the band in on my pine green sport band? I have the stainless steel space black aw5 and would love to have that black. Obviously not a huge deal, but just my curiosity.

On a side note, just got my hibiscus sport Loop band and wow, I love the color and how it has watch faces to match! In regards to the sport loop bands, I’ve had quite a few non Apple ones, this and a Nike one are my first and wow let me tell you what a difference. You can totally feel the quality and comfort in the Apple brand, def worth the extra money IMO.
