These days, I change bands three times a day typically. Once to put on a sport loop before running when I wake up. Once to put on a sport band after running before jumping in the pool to cool off. And once at night after I shower before dinner to put on something more formal. Sometimes I’ll also change bands before biking when being anal to match my bike clothes. Once upon a time, in pre-pandemic days, I would change once before I biked and ran in the morning before work and then again after I showered and put on my work clothes, and sometimes a third time if I had a formal dinner or event at night. I guess I can say despite all the bands I have I do use them.
