Guys a thing arrived and it arrived early!! 30 bucks for a rare band like this and it has all the markings
so awesome!
I recall seeing this on mercari but didn’t know enough about this being a rare band. I did pickup the celestial teal/black sport band from the same seller around the same time this was posted. But turned out to be a 40mm celestial teal band so not great since I was looking for 44mm.
On another note, whoever mentioned contacting chargerstore to see what he has was on point! I contacted him/her, and they actually had a used celestial teal/black 44mm sport band which was not listed on ebay. It was used in good condition w/pics and box provided, but they gave a reasonable price, and it’s being shipped so fingers crossed, I get it in less than a month!
I’ve never ordered from charger store before but went off the good experiences many have had here. And they were great to communicate with also.

Welcome to the forum! You might want to get your camera serviced, I think its colors might be off 😉

Hmmmmm.... I was thinking it would be Desert Sand/Volt... crap!
I’m going to be sooooo poor, now I’ve gotta buy three (or 4) of each of them!
Keep in mind that this is purely conjecture on my part, but Desert Sand / Black strikes me as one of those more “catch-all” bands that Apple could keep around for quite a while, like Pure Plat / Black. One to keep making because it’s relatively neutral and goes well with a variety of watches, etc.
(Now watch they’ll be sold out tomorrow and going for $300 on eBay by this time next year....)
Sorry for disturbing you, but in the rest of world outside USA Desert Sand/Black is sold out since months.
Ahhhh, sorry, I did not know that. I just assume if Apple’s making something available here in Canada, they’re making it available everywhere.
Reading back I also noted this band had sold out prior to Apple making it available again, and I haven’t seen many on the second hand market, although haven’t really thought about this band until very recently.
I do agree that it is a very neutral color, probably will fit different occasions. I have a pride 2020 Nike band which I really like, but wish that the white was just a touch less white, but not entirely a cream color. I feel that desert sand/black would meet that need.
I do have a stone leather loop and imagine that desert sand color would perhaps be very similar to that.
Desert sand/volt is another good one. But my money is on world indigo/lime blast.
I purchased one in 44mm about a month ago from the Apple Store here in The Netherlands. It had been sold out for long and then suddenly..... it was back in stock (but also soon sold out again).
To be honest, the desert sand/black is sort of a blah color. Yes, I have it. Mostly because I am a completist. To me, it looks like a dirty pure platinum/black. There are so many other color bands that "pop". Desert sand doesn't "pop".

I think my record for delivery time from Chargerstore was 9 days. I am also waiting for Red Raspberry. USPS says it is due on Friday but things have been running late recently.

Rest assured it won’t take a month. Longest mine has taken I think was around 13-15 days.
