Hate to break it to you, but that seller is really bad at names. Notice the packaging is out of a watch box. Definitely a first or second gen blue, not royal.

you can also see slight discoloration.

Oh, don’t tell me that. I already have two of the 1st generation blue and 1 of the 2nd gen blue.

Yep, I don't see any option to chat right now. I had to call in for a keyboard repair under warranty and was on the phone for 45 minutes until the rep inadvertently hung up on me. Now I'm calling back to restart the whole process. Ugh...

😢 Just spoke with Best Buy and they say it was lost in transit!! 😡 They can't send a replacement because it was open-box, and they can't honor the sale price for a new one either. Crap. Hope it goes on sale again.

IMHO, the Close Your Loops band is pretty hot. Basic black with a hint of color, and it's insider-only status gives it a little cachet.
