Hi all,

I’m wearing the pride band and also an leather bracelet. It seems that the leather bracelet give his color of to the band.
does someone has an idea how to clean this ?
View attachment 952705
Some (including me) have had success using ‘Magic Eraser’ type sponges, while others worry that they damage the surface of the band.

For one extreme example, a Vintage Rose with staining from dark denim, I used a bleach solution - it worked well, but was very much an experiment, as the band only cost me £2.50, so I wasn’t too worried if it didn’t survive.

I’d be concerned that the mix of colours on a Nike Pride would be at risk using bleach.

Hi guys!

Did anyone buy the Cerulean Sport Loop from 1to3shop-store? That was my first eBay purchase, and it was supposed to be delivered from USA to Mexico, but after a few days without updates on the ebay app now it says it was just processed in Germany 😩.

In the meantime I found a Celestial Teal SB from a local seller, he refused to sell it individually so I had to bought it in bundle with a Black/Volt and a 3rd Party Leather/Fabric band for USD $77. They're arriving today, so I'm about to find out what all the fuss is about 😏

dark teal is my favorite.

USA->GER->MEX is obviously the most efficient route.

Try not to wear it too much, the shine is crazy.

Don’t know if I should hold Camellia and Hibiscus. These two are number 2 and 3 of the group picture (Dragon Fruit left and Nr. 4 Red Rasberry and 5. Pink)
What do you say?

Where did you get that from? Did you just buy that or is that pic old? I think that Olive Flak Nike Sport Band is discontinued?
Yes of course it is discontinued.
ebay Kleinanzeigen, like eBay here in Germany. Sell it again to a friend. I don’t like this collor.

Giving my space black link bracelet some love today. Don’t ever have a reason to wear it while working from home but it is too beautiful of a band to just sit collecting dust on my dresser all the time. Paired with the dark titanium California face available to everyone in watchOS 7.

Do you think we’ll keep all the faces? I realized quite pessimistically a week ago that maybe it’s just a beta effficency thing so they don’t have to serve different software to different beta testers. Or does it not work like that and the different colors are just turned on and off like Tesla features?

They have stayed available through all the betas, so that gives me hope. Usually, if things are enabled by mistake in the beta process, they only last 1-2 betas before Apple fixes it. I think this might be a deliberate choice to allow for the watch face sharing feature to work well.

My reasoning is this: Apple is restricting sharing of specialty faces, like Nike and Hermès, to only watches of that type. That makes sense. But, it can’t do that with special colors on the California face, because that is a face that is available on all S4 and newer watches. It would not be a great user experience to be able to share any California face except for one color. I’m guessing Apple decided having one exclusive color for the Edition watches (and bizarrely for the gold SS) was not worth having user confusion when those special colors could not be shared. That’s just my thoughts, we’ll know for sure soon enough!

Solid solid reasoning but don’t forget that Nike and Hermes also add Volt (at least my s3) and Orange to the other faces...so perhaps this just represents a shift away from having to produce edition or gold stainless steel software? Just narrow it down to 3 s6 OSs: vanilla, Nike, Hermes. And then eventually they get to also stop worrying about the s3 version as well.

Which leaves the question of face colors for a possible blue watch...maybe coming with the RC/GM...

Also everyone should know Ivory replaced Cream on California face. It’s less yellow.

Oh that’s interesting! I didn’t know the Nike colors got added to non-Nike faces. I really wish Apple would allow Nike colors on all watches. The Nike bands are sold separately and are quite popular. It would be really nice to color match if you prefer the SS models. Oh well, I’m done ranting about that...

You could be right that Apple is just getting out of the business of having specialty software for the edition models. They are pretty niche and only offer that single extra color on a single face. Might just not be worth dealing with. It could also mean future Editions will get some other exclusive face/feature we haven’t seen yet.

Or...*ducks behind the table*...it could mean Apple is giving up on the Edition line altogether. For the record, I sincerely doubt it and hope that is not the case.

Oooh, guessing. I like it... but I’ll have some wrong as I have done this without comparing to my collection to check.

dark teal is my favorite.

Colour balance a bit off but Mint, Pine, Dark Teal, Cactus, Spearmint and Turquoise? Mint is getting rare now I think so that’s a good find.

Went through my collection and pulled out the ones I’ve never worn. I think it’s time to run through them.

I like the sound of ivory, but I am not holding hope for the Edition face colours, and you answered the question that came to mind immediately as to whether Hermes orange was included.

Apple is notorious for attention to detail. I doubt they’ll make all limited colors available on all cases.

If Nike colors were available across all watches, there would be no point in buying the Nike watch over a normal alum.

Dragn Fruit, ?, Hermes, Canary Yellow, ?, Khaki, Horizon, Azure, Delf
