Store got the new colours early, so I got the Tomales Blue!

Overall, I like this. Initial thoughts yes, it’s similar to Linen Blue, and it definitely is, if you missed out on that colour and just so happen to prefer the Solo Loop, then Tomales is probably perfect for you.

Plan to buy the Canteloupe too. Capri looks really bold and bright, as someone else said, it glows. Tomales is much more muted if you prefer that blue, so they’ve given blue lovers a choice between bold and muted, just each of them are exclusive to either Sport Band or Solo Loop.

Am I crazy or does Tomales have some frosty glow?

There is a slight indigo glow to it. I’ve taken a few more pics, outside this time if it helps, currently overcast. Tomales does not pop like a pastel colour - something very subtle about it, I actually really like it the more I look at it. Keeper for me I think (don’t have Linen or Delft or Alaskan)

The more and more I look at it I swear it’s just a Solo Loop version of Linen. I know there were some *slight* differences between Sport Band and Solo Loop colors but you could easily slap ‘Linen Blue’ on this and it would pass.

Hmmm. Surf is such a good shade if Capri is as good but a tad deeper i'm in on the band. I already have the iPhone case coming.

Unsure on Ironstone compared to my magnet gray prototype and Hasta is interesting as well but somewhat close in tone to my light magnet gray prototype so who knowss....
Surf but deeper is exactly what Capri is which is why it's my new favourite.

Also, those of you using the Capri band, what color watch face are you using or that is close to it as it seems there’s no capri watch face?

I haven’t settled yet and I’d be interested to hear people’s opinion on what they use, but here is what I’m using with Capri so far on my SS and they look pretty good…

California full face - Cloud Blue
Meridian - Blue
GMT - Slate/Navy (this one looks a little dull)
Countup - Navy Blue or Blue
Solar

Ok, I was sceptical, probably because of the disappointing no-show of Amethyst, but my bands have come in and I‘ll probably keep all of them. Partly because I‘m a sucker for Solo Loops in general, but mostly because the new colours are lovely and summery.

Capri just glows. W-O-W. (left: Surf, right: Royal)

Cantaloupe is a very bright orange. I love orange. (left: Grapefruit, right: Flamingo, top: Kumquat)

Pistachio lives up to its name, too. So very, very nice. (left: Beryl, right: Spearmint, top: Mint)

Now Tomales is super-close to Linen. As I prefer Solo Loops, I‘ll probably sell the latter.

Can you show me more photos (under different lightings) of the new cantaloupe color? I'd like a different neutral than the Pink Sand that I wear everyday. Is Cantaloupe more like a nude color with a hint of orange? But not too orange? I almost got the Grapefruit but figured it was TOO similar to Pink Sand.

Thanks in advance. You have a cool collection btw. :)

Thanks. :) Will do. :)

Although I really don‘t think Grapefruit is very close to Pink Sand. But that is probably just the collector in me justifying getting so many bands …

Cantaloupe to my eye has much more than a hint of orange. It is a pale orange.

Anyone else getting the new Sport Loops? My favourites are the Olive and Sea Salt. Decisions, decisions. If you had to choose one, which one would it be?

I really like the new colors and I'm going to go to the Apple Store to pickup them on Saturday.

In sunlight and in the shade: Pink Sand 1 — Pink Sand 2 — Grapefruit — Cantaloupe.

Wow. Thank you SO much. I see the nuisance in every color. Dang, that Grapefruit is gorgeous, I missed the boat.
But the Cantaloupe is quite elegant too, it reminds me of a pretty pale shade of lipstick or nail color. Nice.

L to R: Surf Blue, Chlorine Blue/Green Glow, Spearmint, Cactus, White Gen 1

FedEx came early today! Hopefully tomorrow is the same way. Chlorine Blue/Green Glow is an excellent color and definitely and eye-catcher. It reminds me a lot of the original blue Sport Band, which I do not have. It's the one original color that I still don't have. Someday! Green Glow is very, very close to Spearmint. Not identical, I think Green Glow might be a shade or two lighter, but definitely a nice color.

Very nice! And A+ for putting the white band in for reference!

Jumping Single Tour: Not a review, but a first impression, and a very positive one. In comparison to our beloved Woven Nylons, the band feels surprisingly smoother on the surface, and is overall also more sturdy and stiffer—at least out of the box. Still comfortable to wear, at least for the few minutes I had the chance to today, but in general, leather is softer on the skin.

It's probably similar in terms of quality and feeling like comparing Apple's Leather bands with Hermès Leather and now the Woven Nylons with Hermès Nylon. The jump in manufacturing/material quality and excellent tactile qualities comes with a huge jump in price.

The packaging is the same as for Leather bands btw.

So as you turn the wrist and drink in the tongue strap, does the design feel complete or cut-off? I just feel like I would want more.

Cantaloupe looks pink until you put it next to the pink bands and then you realize it’s the first light/frosty orange. Towards a melted creamsicle.

Not sure if I understand correctly. Like more stripes on the tongue stap? It feels right for me. Honestly, I would prefer to get rid of the H, so it's just the watch framed/highlighted by very few stripes.
