No I have the California poppy leather link too. And the forest green leather loop.
I like the leather link better, stays in place better and I don’t feel like I have to adjust it constantly like the leather loop.
Are we expecting new bands being released after WWDC? What’s Apple’s usual release schedule for bands? Once every 3 months?

Truth is band releases are fun, but I’m not sure I LOVE owning an Apple Watch. I track my activity and sleep everyday so the watch is on me all the time unless it’s charging. In all honesty, I find it a bit suffocating to have something on me all the time.

Don’t track your sleep then! Some nights I definitely want a break from having it on.
I use it the same way: only when it's charging it's off my wrist. I am using it also for medical purposes and I'm pleased with how it performs.
Since the Apple Store is still up, I expect no new bands being announced during the Keynote. Maybe a PR release later this afternoon or later this week?
I don't know - I think after the event? But they don't need to take the store down for it. They do a lot of quiet updates without doing so.
I hope you’re right. I really want that Amethyst band. I still hold out hope for that one…

Apple usually only follows the actual solstice dates for Spring and Fall. Because they usually align with a keynote date. WWDC happens much earlier than the Summer solstice so the bands are usually released earlier in the month.
If they made watchfaces for sea salt and electric orange, there would be one for deep purple or amethyst. For the sanity of the software engineers I don’t think we’ll ever get a winter/summer surprise from the Chinese bands.

Just sharing it to inspire some calm, in case we wind up not seeing anything today.
Interestingly in 2019 they previewed summer bands on the watchOS preview website, not sure about 2020 as Wayback doesn‘t seem to have the fancy image assets. 2021 not so much. I wonder if there’s some marketing wisdom that has them delaying because the spring bands were a month late.I realize
