I think even if they change the design to be more boxy as per the rumours, the current watch bands will still
I would hope so, and even if they don’t fit I can wear previous watch models for several years to come anyway.
Also I think a small adaptor for each lug of the watch might be made so we can still attach the old bands.

Yeah, if they do that, I’ll buy one or two brand new series 6 watches and plan to wear them for quite awhile.

This was a big problem this year with the incorrect sizing on the Solo loops. From my understanding, yes it is still possible to exchange the band separately from the Watch itself but I would call your Apple Store before hand to confirm.
Just to close the loop on my question, the A store was happy to swap out a California Poppy LLink for the Black LLink that I originally bought with the watch. They called it a "no-receipt trade out," although I had the receipt for the Watch with me. But I suppose the receipt I had didn't call out the band as a separate item. At any rate, it all worked out.

Thanks again for the support. ;)

okay, so i ordered 20 of the olympic bands, some of them already shipped, unfortunately some of them are shipping in august. i tried the order the 10+ through guest checkout, it seems to have worked and it is processing. I picked up the USA band from my local store, the only one that i wasnt able to get ordered so far was the japan band which is already sold out.

anyone know if they are going to replenish any of the bands that are already sold out? or am i going to be paying an arm and a leg for this one band, ive already sunk over 1k in olympic bands lol.
You can try in-store pick up. Not many stores have the international collection, but if you know someone in a city that does, have them pick it up for you and send it to you.

Here in continental Western Europe it varies a lot across several countries. In Germany most bands have a shipping date of 6 to 7 weeks, whilst in The Netherlands, Belgium and France most bands ship immediately. In The Netherlands only NZ is totally out of stock.

It seems NZ is pretty much gone everywhere now, with JPN not far behind!
