With all the screen issues people are complaining about I do a double take every day. Still cannot find anything wrong with it. :D

Mine is Fine :)

But really the New iPad have so much Pixels to find a dead One you Need to go very close to it..

I mean you will glue it to your face ?!

You eyes can Not See the Pixels if you use it in a normall Distance

But thats the point. If you're eyes cannot see it in normal use....then you dont have a pixel problem.

To hyper-analyze the screen is a waste of time.

This test was also great as a way to confirm that I have you have/dont have pink, red, yellow or green hues in the display (using the while color picture).

Use the link from the OP, in the store, to examine the ipad replacement.

I am one of the lucky ones who happened to get a 100% unit.

Just an update: i went to the store friday to look at floor models, as far as I can see examining each one, 7 out of 11 have some sort of dead pixel/dust problem, that is a 63% pixel fail rate from this sampling, if you add the 8 I've opened, that's a 15:19 ratio, or 78% pixel fail rate, not what I expect from apple, I think this display tech is 1 year too early, and they need to figure out how to put these into production with a low fail rate before it should have been implemented. While I was there, I was about to do an exchange, but since the store was closing and that was my 13th day, they just renewed the return date until the 11th and told me to come back to get it sorted out, as that isn't normal (this is the customer care im used to), as a responce to the uneven screen, I think all of them had it to one extent or another.

My screen is perfect. My iPad 2 had terrible light bleeding. Wasn't something I couldn't live with though.

And I did say I see them under normal use, actually, as I am typing this on my iPad I see 2 dead pixels in the middle of the screen

Yes I am aware of that but didn't make myself clear, you have every right to be upset as I would be too. Are you buying new ones or getting them replaced?

Can some One explain me how i can See if my white is white ? (Not Joking)

you asked this in another thread and you got your replies.

does it look white to you? > yes > it's white
does it look white to you? > no > it's not white
