Still some bugs:
- The native video player (in safari for instance) doesn’t work as well as in iOS 16. You could start swiping left or right anywhere on the screen to scrub through the video, now it just moves the whole video. Nobody needs that.
- When long pressing space bar to use the keyboard as a trackpad to move the typing indicator, it can’t use the top or sides of the screen to recalibrate, so, try this: make a note in the notes app with more than a few lines of text > Place your cursor in the top line > Press and hold space > Move your finger all the way up the keyboard > Now move down again. What should happen: the cursor should immediately follow the downwards motion. What happens: only when reaching the initial position (on the space bar) the cursor joins the movement. Therefore you cannot move the cursor down because you’re already at the bottom of the screen. It’s like when using a mouse, you should be able to move the mouse across your entire desk to the right (keeping the cursor slammed against the right edge of the screen) but as soon as you move back only an inch, the cursor should follow. The way this feature now works is that you have to move aaall the way back across the desk for the cursor to pick up the mouse movement. That is Super Annoying. And a bit hard to explain, hence my long story.
