As everyone else is saying, we can't decide what is right for you. However, I can tell you what is right for me and I will never go back to the regular size phone. The plus is amazing. I realized that for speed I used two handed texting on my 5s anyway. So the spacing of the 6S+ makes it easier for me to type on the larger keyboard. Also, I've gotten used to the size and now think it's normal. When I hold the regular 6S I think it's way too small. It's amazing how the brain gets used to stuff.

I use my iPad Mini 4 LTE as my phone. Amazing screen. Great for playing games and videos. Ability to run two apps on split screen or slide out. It's the only way to go. It only took me a few days to get used to it. But once I did, man did the 6S+ look small. Battery life is amazing too.

Skip the 6S+ and go straight for the iPad Mini 4 LTE. Since the 6S+ is a two hand device anyways you might as well go big.

In all seriousness, I use a 6S in conjunction with a Mini 4 LTE which goes with me almost everywhere. Had a 6+ last year and 6S+ when it released. I recently sold the S+ and switched to the 6S.

Get what works for you. Some people prefer SUVs some prefer sports cars. Only you know what works for you.

Nice post. You had me going for a minute there

I'm ignorant because I stated my opinion. First of all I was actually joking in the first half of my post. I didnt expect anyone to take my jelly remark serious. But what I said about iphone 6s plus being superior is true. The phone is better due to the higher resolution screen and image stabilization. Doesn't mean it's for everyone but it is the better phone specs wise.

So because the screen resolution is higher, and it has OIS, it is superior based on those two specs? Do you also factor in one-handed use, ease of use, weight, pocket ability, portability, etc? Or are you ignoring those things in what makes a phone superior? I see a 70 page thread on 6S Plus lag. Interestingly, I don't see the same thread for the 6S. So yeah, when posts like yours come through calling the 6S "a toy", don't get all defensive when others take note.

Seriously get a grip. It's just a phone that we will all dump next year for an iphone 7/7 plus anyway.

But I'll stick by what I said. The 6s is a toy. That's my opinion just like some people call the 6s plus a brick.

Some people are just jelly because they cannot afford the plus. Don't listen to others. Some people tell me it's too big as well. But I just ignore them. The plus is the superior iphone as it has a higher screen resolution and image/video stabilization and excellent battery life.

The iPhone 6s is a toy.

those of us who optioned for the made for human hands iPhone 6s can not afford the made for beasts hands iPhone 6s Plus?

that seems like it should make front page news here on MacRumors?

I have optioned for the iPhone 6s and i can damn afford any phone which i please?

May i ask: Are you an inner city youth?

I honestly didn't expect people to take my jelly comment so seriously. Didn't realize people were so hypersensitive. Perhaps I need to edit my post and put just kidding at the end of it so people can stop whining.

And no ,I'm not a inner city youth.

Some people want to use a phone with smart features; some want a beast smart phone. 6s plus kinda ugly and too heavy compares to S6 edge plus.

I buy the device that works for me, I'm not interested in how purty the s6 edge plus may be. Could have bought it. Chose a phone that works reliably for me.

Maybe some people like the aesthetics of the iPhone. And maybe some people have had enough experience with Samsung to not go near a s6 edge plus because they know it be a nearly unusable piece of trash after the first OS update. And maybe some people know from prior experience that's not iPhone will be just fine after the first OS update.
