Belkin only makes two models. One that has two USB-C ports, and one that has a USB-C and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Both are offered in black and white, so essentially four patterns, and Amazon is only showing three of them. Belkin sells these for about the same price. Did you even check their website directly? The difference in pricing on Amazon has to do with the sellers. I could set up a store on Amazon and sell it for $200 if I wanted to.

Amazon has a 30-day return policy, just like many retailers. How is that taking advantage of them? 🙄

This is the dual USB-C version. It looks like Apple doesn't sell the other one, so would also need to get the USB-C to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter to plug into it if only wanting to get stuff sold through Apple. (Or get USB-C headphones.)

Can this thread be locked now now? People have given plenty of options. We don't need this dragging on for another year...
So in one year the OP hasn’t been able to purchase a suitable set of headphones?

I think it's fair to say they didn't do it intentionally, the only people who would intentionally do so would be those with AppleCare+ in place (for instance, because the battery was causing an issue but showing as over 80% when tested by Apple.) If OP had AC+ this thread would have been much shorter, as the only issue would be how to recover content from the broken iPad.

I'm sorry if I've upset you but I just want to make sure I'm buying the correct accessory... I can't tell you how many times I've researched an accessory to buy to only then find out it's not compatible with my Apple device.... 😭😭😭😭

I've never been someone to return a purchase as I feel this creates unnecessary problems with me and the seller.
For example, there are multiple highly negative complaints about this one even though it's the most expensive accessory available:
People in the review section say:
"This product (at the time I am writing this) is listed as being compatible with "iPad Pro" - yet it did not work. When plugged in (with or without the charger being attached) the iPad does not recognise the iPad's genuine "ear pods" (ie the ones with the cable and the 3.5mm plug). Yet, it happily recognises them when used with Apple's genuine "USB-C to 3.5-mm Headphone Jack Adapter". Furthermore, when the charger was plugged in, the iPad kept beeping (the beep that it does when a charger is connected) - except this time it did it continuously until the charger was disconnected."

" Mine was dead out of the box. Heard you need USB power connected for it to work at nine didn’t even work with power connected. Have returned. Overpriced and poor quality in my opinion."

"This is the first Belkin product I had that did not work as intended. The USB-C end was loose when connected to the device, would not transfer charge to the device either. It was logged for a return the following day."

I've had some medical issues so I haven't been able to make a choice as yet but I'm hoping to choose something as soon as I can....
Yes, that was the question.🙂
I just want the best 3.5mm headphone and USB C charger I can buy for my iPad Air M3.

I'm happy to pay extra and I'd prefer to only buy something from a big name like the Belkin models that have been mentioned already as I don't trust these tiny branded accessories...

Sorry if I come across as an annoyance but my medical issues have made it hard for me to think clearly.

This is my exact model iPad Air: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0DZ8MBKJV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
