Facebook for iPad Going Live with Updated Universal App for iOS

Not out in the UK app store yet. The facebook.com/mobile/ipad page goes to the app store, but it only shows the iPhone verion.

Just downloaded to check, and it is still just the phone app with 2x.

The current app size is 7mb
Approximately 100m users or more

That means Apple must prepare to push out 700tb of bandwidth when the update is released

I don't think 100m will be updating simultaneously.

Many of my friends actually have updates always pending in the App Store and just never bother to. My OCD hates seeing that badge.

I'll just be happy to be able to upload pictures from my iPad. You could do it through the iPhone version, but we all know how much we all hate using scaled iPhone apps on our iPads.
