Your post just before this literally scared me. Lol

I wouldn't call that pink, but not the rich, soft-touch looking purple that is being advertised.

Can you snap some more pics, maybe in natural light?

I can but trust me it's no where near the real vapors color. The real royal does look richer in natural light. This one not at all looks the same. Like I said I'll br painting mine on Mon.

Here's a pic in same location of real royal. Totally different color

The bootleg looks grape whereas the legit looks like its Chromalusion almost. :/

Hopefully mine will be a little truer; I kind of wanted it as a tribute to my grandfather. His favorite color was purple.

I'd still like to see some additional pics, if you don't mind.

Your correct real does sort of have a kind of Chromalusion effect in natural vs incandescent light. This Caseswill is not even close to real in color. I will take a pic out side just like I did for Element to show them the finish wearing off. I'll post both so u can see how big the difference is.

Thanks man, I was going to order one from caseswill, but I'll pass now. That color doesnt look anything like royal purple and is just not for me.

Correct I'm disappointed. I'd call the caseswill version almost a Fushia not purple at all. Will post pics tomorrow hopefully after I figure out my plan to fix this at work.

Loved my black ops from Jacky Lin but stopped using it after an unfortunate drop in the parking lot left it scuffed up and dented. The white 4s is still perfect though, which is testament to the quality of the case I guess. But I'm looking for a new setup now....
Anyone try the white vapor comp with the white cap from the comp patriot yet?
Would it even be possible to custom order it as such or would I have to order both separately?

Gotta but 2 buy that will run you $35, no biggie for 2 cases.

Silly question.

How does one log into Caseswill.com to check your order status? "A temporary account was created" for me, but I couldn't change the password (or know what my userid is) and my session expired.

That looks really sharp man! Did it come with the blue jean like back protector? Can you please link me to the site where you purchased it?

Thanks :)

what u mean by sharp? i got it from caseswill. yes, i does comes with the blue back protector... but i found it too loud for a man at 30 yrs old.

To those who have ordered Vapor Pro cases from caseswill.com: when putting on the case, does it look like the plastic part of the case is going to come off? Mine has been separating a bit...

If you mean the plastic border, that the glass sits in, I have that problem too. However, I had it before I installed my Vapor Pro, so I do not think it is related.

Mine from Jackie Lin did slightly. I had to adjust the padding and it's been fine since.

The issue is due to the phone + new foam being too big to fit in the case. 10 pounds of phone and a 5 pound case, if you will.

EDIT: I misread your post as, you meant the plastic portion of the case separating from the aluminum part at the joint.

Sorry. I meant the plastic part of the case.

Ok, my original reply still applies. Take your case off and adjust the foam. Cut it into smaller squares even. Also be sure to re-seat your RF Insert (that's what they call the plastic part) carefully. You don't want to break the aluminum or crush the plastic anymore than what's already occurred.

For all those following my posts. Painted my fake Royal Purple today made a sweet color with purple toner and white pearl to lighten to shade I wanted then airbrushed it. First the original anodizing form caseswill is pretty durable stuff. Tried to sand as well as I could but not affect my lite coat of paint.

Well liiked pretty good. No at cool as the real one but good enough. Put it on a lunch but by end of day I was faced with the same dilemma as Element with the real ones. My paint was wearing slightly in edges. So being picky as I am I am back to my black vapor pro spectra from caseswill. And it only cost me $22 to find out.
