    Does the GTX680 run 4K @ 60Hz? Does the dual-link DVI support 4K @ 60Hz? The site says 2560x1600 max.

The GTX 680 that Synchro3 and I were discussing IS already a Mac Edition and would show the boot screen.

This is correct. MVC says boot screen at 4K only with Haswell cards: http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/4k-display-for-gtx-680-mac-pro-2010.1890899/#post-21433886

However this is a really good price for a GTX 680 Mac Edition, and I would buy it, if I had not already one. :)Apart from that they are already difficult to get because discontinued.

Well I decided it was time to upgrade from my 5870. I know it would be cheaper/more efficient/etc to buy a PC card and flash it, but I have a bad history with anything firmware related. Thanks for pointing out the sale.
