Faulty NVIDIA Drivers - Lets Get This Clear

1080 HD movies play fine for me with the 9600gt. I just got my 2.4 ghz macbook pro last week. I noticed the demo unit I played with in the store had significant stuttering issues. I have no clue as to what the difference is between my machine and the display unit.

However I'm upset since my computer apparently is stricken by the BSOD issue where the machine hangs, black screens, and sometimes goes to sleep when the 9600gt is under heavy load: usually with games.

Interestingly I don't have that file in my Library/Quicktime folder. I just have AppleIntermediateCodec.component and AppleMPEG2Codec.component. I've never gone in and deleted anything so I wonder if it came this way?

I don't have that file either, but I still have the stuttering problem when using the 9600.
