im a cheap college kid now, and with people mooching off of me all the time, i stick to the cheap stuff..... usually naddy light. I do, however LOVE me some Yuengling whenever we(roomates/best friends) can get our hands on it. There is only a select few people who get to drink from my stash of it. speaking of... I need to get some more... PA, here i come!

I usually drink ultra hoppy pale ales when it's warm and scotch ales/belgian trippels when it's cold.

Sometimes I like a ridiculously big beer such as any Avery's demons of ales: The Beast Grand Cru, Samael's oak-aged ale or Mephistophele's Stout. The alcohol, and taste IMO, in one of these is literally that of three macro brews. YUMMY!!!
:D

I'm not a big drinker, but I look for Killian's and New Castle when out if the place doesn't make their own beer. I like trying the local stuff if possible.

Newky Ale! I love it.
Alaskan Amber is similar, as is Fat Tire, and Breckenridge Avalanche. All yum.

mmmm beeer.

In no particular order....

Plzensky Prazdroj - once god-like, now mass produced and not the same
Guinness - properly pulled and at proper temperature
Sierra Nevada Porter - my favorite porter
Duvel - no need for further comment
Spaten Munchen - just a nice Bavarian
Anchor Steam - goes great with seafood
Pliny the Younger - really, really good IPA
Henry Weinhard's Private Reserve - favorite everyday beer

Have you tried any of Stone Brewery's offerings?

i dont drink beer bc when i tasted it, it was nasty. Can I substitute it for chocolate milk? I've only been to one party in college life and ive got 2 more weeks til i graduate. I wonder if i walk into a party with chocolate milk will any hot girls jump me?

I really do enjoy Guinness when it hasn't been sitting on a shelf for 6 months. Warsteiner pilsner is a good one too.

Probably my favorite in the mass market, bargain basement category is Miller High Life. It really isn't that bad. The fact that you can get a 30pk for $17 and lack of advertising gives it a "white trash" stigma vs. Coors Light and other beer that tastes like water.

I really like Belgian beers. Another new favorite that I found is
Delirium Tremens. Very tasty and packs a punch!
