How did this two year old thread get resurrected all of a sudden?
Oh well, I'll just jump on the bandwagon too then. I used to love the Haagen-Daz stores, but I don't think there are any of those around anymore. The Ben n Jerry's stores are a personal favorite. Also enjoy Braums' ice cream stores, which I believe can only be found in Oklahoma and surrounding areas (parts of Texas, Kansas, Missouri, etc.)

I don't like Coldstone. It's really just not good enough to justify the price (or the line). For the price, I was really expecting it to WOW me. It didn't.
My wife and I had the same reaction. We went to a Coldstone with friends, the kind of situation where even average ice cream would taste good just because we were in a good mood. But we said the same thing: "This is lousy ice cream!"

There are Coldstone locations all over, but we avoid them.

This is a fairly new thing where I am but people are lining up out the door for this: Red Mango frozen yogurt. They actually call it health food.

Well since no one else mentioned it...

I REALLY like Ghirardelli Chocolates and Ice Cream in San Francisco down on the Bay.

Really great ice cream, floats, hot fudge sundaes.....
