Mine looks easy: double my Move goal 4 times. I have four Sunday long runs planned and a few midweek 15 milers that should barely get me there. That’s about what it takes.
75 minutes per day ... probably I have to tell my boss that I have to something better to do than showing up for work ... after 13 challenges in a row I did, this one seems to be out of range.
3860 exercise minutes this month. Today I already completed 134. And I will most likely get to over 200. But it‘s gonna take some effort till the 29th.
