I'm convinced there's a ton of Tony Starks, Iron Men, Captain Marvels, Black Widows, Hawkeyes, and perhaps maybe an incredible Hulk in these threads...

But that aside, my challenge is to complete 26 workouts each lasting 15 minutes or more. Thank goodness I figured out my workout detection problem--apparently I was walking too fast. My heart rate is that of a hamster at rest, so what was happening was I was walking fast as I should, but my heart rate apparently was high enough for what an Apple Watch considers a high-intensity run, so slowing my walk pace way down where my heart rate is just enough to be within the threshold of a normal walk, was the key. Dead on my Series 5 is now on workout detection!

Thanks Apple Watch for Dummies!

That's definitely doable.

Yeah, Apple lost its mind this month. 2,010 exercise minutes this month. I did 78 so far today, but that's because I ran 3 miles today and I don't do that everyday. 69 minutes a month is crazy.

No thanks! I'm happy where I'm at. I'm so tiny there's literally no chance I could, say, accomplish 150 exercise minutes a day! Some folks only got so much muscle and that's it!

I'm just concerned one day Apple might try to pull that impossible goal on me in years to come.

You'll be safe. They'll only suggest 150 minutes of exercise per day if you build up to 145 per day for a month first.

Exactly. Mine is to average 164 a day, and while that is kind of rough, it's in line because I workout for long periods of time every single day. I did over 200 on my first day, trying to bank a few extra minutes for later days when I'm busy (or lazy lol).

I have to double my Move goal two times.

So, after trying to kill me for much of last year (run 350 miles, log 4,300 minutes, etc.), Apple is now giving me unbelievably easy challenges.

Ridiculous.

You are obviously too fit. Your watch is trying to lull into a false sense of security and get you to slacken off before trying this again later this year.

I find that doing the monthly challenges pushes me to the point of injury, so January will be the last one I do (which I got).

Ahh i also have to rest some days because my legs hurt from my last challenge. Running almost every day and weight lifting isnt that good for your muscles.
