I don't have photoshop on my laptop, so I used the Word Publishing layout view, changed it to landscape and changed the dimensions (don't remember exactly the inches), and got copy/paste happy. I saved it as a PDF, and the background is transparent so it's whatever you set it as in system prefs.

I've attached mine with and without labels.
