FedEx Flight Info For the Super OCD

Ditto this.

My phone was also on the flight to Indy, but still no updated info on the FedEx tracking page. Seems to take several hours for info to get updated.

I'm really hoping the email I got from Apple this morning saying my phone would come the 23rd is true!

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure it was the whole plane and mine didn't just get lost. I'm confident they didn't lose a whole plane of iphones /packages! lol

I wonder if not everyone will get their pre-ordered phones on the 23rd. Mine still have the same information.
 
It sure would make me feel better if FedEx changed my estimated date to the 23rd. I know apple says it doesn't matter, but I'm afraid someone at FedEx will see 24th and hold it for a day.
 
FWIW -

Doing research on FDX14 from Anchorage to Indy last night.

Found out it was diverted to Louisville, KY - it landed there at 1:13am EST.

Trying to see all FedEx flights out of Louisville, KY to try and figure out which flight my phone is on.

Can't really know for sure until I get updated info from FedEx - as of this morning it still shows my phone in AK, so updates must really be lagging!

Damn, I can't believe I've become OCD over this!

Yeah I am in the same boat. errr plane. I wonder if they try to make it back to INDY or just do the sorting in Louisville.

What is with passengers these days?

I wonder how long it will take for CNN to pick up on this story about an iPhone being rowdy causing the plane to divert..... I feel bad for the person if it was their iPhone that caused the diversion. :p

So my phone was available for clearance Jun 21, 2010 1:40 PM. But nothing since. being a noob to this whole fedex tracking thing, how do I know where it is. The final destination is GA. Do I assume since there is no update it is in AK or has it moved onto one of the flights to memphis, and just no update. I have the mysterious apple letter stating I would get it tomorrow. I am trying to figure out my schedule for the next couple days. Thanks.

UPDATE:

Looks like 3 FedEx flights have left Louisville, KY this am after FDX14 landed at 1:13amEDT.

2 flights to Indy (original destination for FDX14 until being diverted to KY)

1 flight to Memphis.

All 3 of these have since landed at their destination, so who knows if our phones are on any of these, and if so, which one.

I'm kind of in your position as well, also in GA :), and mine said it left the Fed-Ex location in Alaska and I also got the letter, I suppose we will have to wait and see.

FDX14 arrived in Indy at 4:51am ET this morning. I would assume the cargo that was on that plane was left on it, and was taken to Indy at that time.
 
And the weather is going to be bad in INDY again today. I hope they can get our phones out.
 
I hope mine gets to EWR soon! I got an email from Apple saying 23rd delivery, and fedex says 23rd, so I am keeping my fingers crossed...

My phone says on fedex vehicle for delivery as of 8:53am PST this morning. What are the chances it gets delivered today? I'm not holding my breath, but what if.
 
My phone has been in Newark all day with a delivery estimate of the 24th by 4:30 PM. Hopefully this changes today, I'd like to see it get to my area (central PA) by early tomorrow morning.

Unfortunately, my tracking information displays the same lack of update as yours.

However, I have a feeling that it'll change soon.
Either that or I'll be delightfully surprised when my iPhone 4 arrives tomorrow morning and my tracking information still displays that it's stuck in Anchorage, Alaska. :p

Ahh central PA. What city do you live in? I graduated from Penn State. I miss wings over happy valley.

lol i have a feeling that we will wake up tomorrow with our iPhone 4's on the truck for delivery

Same here. It's been my experience though that the package could still be moving even though nothing is listed in the tracking results. Sometimes it'll skip scan locations and just show "at dest sort facility" the morning it's to be delivered.
