Contact google and tell them the already invented that option but just must have forgotten! You'll save them thousand of dollars and hundreds of man hours!

Thanks for the information. I do use gmail on my microsoft exchange but did not know that it archives. Now I know that when I delete mail from my phone it archives. Sadly I have to clean out my gmail soon.
