Finder quick look keeps freezing Finder

Anyone else with this issue on Tahoe? If I look through a bunch of files quickly with quick look it tends to freeze and break quick look.

The only way to resolve it is to force quit/relaunch finder from the force quit menu.

I can't believe they are going to release this on Monday with no more bug fixes. I generally like Tahoe and its design, but bugs like this make the software unusable.

I don’t get Finder freezes but the QuickLook animation stuttering just made my MBA M1 display ShitMotion. Even Mission Control animation ain’t smooth at times.

It’s like Mavericks all over again…

hmmm, not for everyone, works fine here. have you rebooted? and what does this have to do with mavericks? 🤔

I’ve been running into the same Quick Look issue since the recent beta updates, and it’s still happening on the latest version. Could you let me know which model you’re using? I’ve only noticed this problem on my M4-chip MacBook Pro, so I’m wondering if it might be a compatibility issue with the M4.
