Crisply rendered graphics set within metal-glass technology adorning these hirsute ape-like limbs reminds me of the first ten minutes of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Siri spoke to me in a dream last night. I’m off to find a stout bone as I suddenly have the urge to hit things. But first, let me check the UV index. Don’t want to burn!

It’s exactly 2mm bigger. No one tried to pull a fast one on ya. BUT it really is a nice size upgrade. There is so much more info u can fit on the screen. It’s also not as thick, the speakers are much better, and the overall asthetic is cleaner and nicer. Can’t belive u say “it’s not much different”. Because it really is. Ur just not appreciating it.

Firstly, I wasn't accusing anyone. Secondly, as you said - it is 2mm bigger. That is a pretty negligible difference (which was my point). Yes it is thinner, Yes the screen is bigger due to smaller bezels (not bigger overall size) and yes it has lots of other positive additions. But my post was comparing the overall physical height size change of the new form and the old form. Which, as I said originally is "not much different"

hi
this is a great review! thanks for posting it.
i too am preferring the silver aluminum (to cut down on weight on the wrist) wth seashell sports band (!) & i was thinking 44 would be too big for me.
and being able to access so much from the new complication is a game winner.
thanks again.
Really glad to be of help. I am still delighted with it. No regrets, and the 44 is absolutely not too big after the 42. The slightly bigger area is offset against the thinner appearance, which is more considerable than you might think. It is very comfortable - more so than my S2 with the plastic band.

One things for sure. I received the Series 4 Gold Stainless Steel and it's certainly not a traditional gold color. As others have stated, it's more of a rose/copper type gold. Still beautiful, but don't expect an actual gold look. At this point I'm just happy to have it on my wrist!

I have to share this nerd story... I have owned the SO and S3, and just upgraded to the S4... I debated the upgrade, maybe even felt a bit guilty, the s3 is quite capable but... I wanted the larger screen size. Just because. Cue forward, I get the S4 watch first, wear it a couple of days with the information screen with extra complications...then I pair it to a new phone, which causes it to reset to my original watch face that I have literally worn (and was fine with) since the SO. Suddenly I really missed all the extra complications and couldn't see myself ever going back. I almost panicked trying to figure out how to get back to my new info screen. I don't regret my decision to move from the S3 to S4 at all now.

Got my 44mm SS yesterday and the Digital Crown does not seem very “clicky”. It was far more prominent on the aluminium one I returned. Is there any way to increase the click on it?

Anyone else notice this?
