First iPhone 12 Mini Hands-On Video Surfaces [Update: Video Pulled]

It’s rendered at the same size as the 4.7”/5.8” iPhones and downscaled by 4% for the smaller display. The difference in size should be pretty negligible.
Two things are king: cash and smartphone size. The iphone mini seems to be the perfect size for comfort in hand and pocket vs screen size. The only thing that could make it better: 6GB ram and that pro camera. Must resist those two amazing features to get the size I've always wanted to get back to (since my iphone se 1)
Face it folks we are now at the stage of going small again and or flip phones , I think big phones maxed out lol , look at google’s new pixel is even smaller .
Also can't stop imagining a 12 Pro Mini with 6gb ram and 512 gb storage...dream machine

Yes I realize that there are limitations based on size. But the XS and 11P models all managed to have the exact same cameras between the smaller and larger models. You may be right that more space was needed for the larger sensor on the Max. But, that doesn’t really explain why the Max also got the longer telephoto lens. Also, rumors have suggested the regular size pro will get the sensor shift stabilization next year.
Mini s will be the pro , I’m sure Apple is waiting to see how it all goes and will drop an S version or something
I'll have to see how it feels in my hand first but so far I feel the same way. I honestly just need less from my phone now than I used to, and since the camera is just as good as the regular 12, I think it'll come down to battery life for me.

And I never get why some people want to use their phone with one hand so often? What are you doing with your other hand?

they adjusted to bigger sizes over the years. Once you go ... you never go back. I went from 4S to 7 Plus and XS Max

I remember when Apple was holding on hard to their one-iPhone-size-fits-all BS mentality.
It's one of the main things that drove me to Samsung (where I remain to this day...until I get the 12 Pro).

Stands to reason that with general customer preference pushing smartphone displays larger for years, the ones that didn't want to go there either holding on to their existing phones or pushing out their upgrade cycle to keep their smaller phones as long as possible would eventually come to the attention of Marketing who would see a new opportunity to cater to them (and at a higher price point).
Romanian is my native language. I understand every word. The presentation is excellent. At the beginning of the presentation he says that the iPhone 12 mini is the "strongest iPhone ever", more impressive that iPhone 12, and it will be a bestseller.

This phone might hit perfection for me. Just need an iPad mini in full screen form factor and I’ll be set for a while.
He said the notch is huge in comparation with the screen size, and the status bar icons and clock are shrunk to fit. the cameras are also the same as 12 pro, and he's surprised by the front camera which is capable of 4k 60fps, and then takes some shots with night mode and against his studio lightning. then he tests if 5g works and does a 4g test because 5g is not enabled in romania rip.he tells the ios experience is the same and besides the screen it's almost the same phone, the battery capacity is around 2227mAh. He compares the size with 12 pro, 12 and his 11 pro max and put on some cases and at the final of the video he answers some questions from the live chat. Also he says that apple staff are going in every country apple has certified carriers to test the speeds of 5g and the quality of the network so they don't certify any carrier. 5g will be enabled in romania and other countries via a software update when the phones will be officially launched in that country. Also the display is very crisp and is the largest ppi screen of an iphone yet

I went from XS to SE gen 1, and now to the Mini.
