He start by saying he is not the owner of that mini
He says that everyone there loves that size that works in perfect harmony with the flat edges
He says that iphone are not allowed on 5G until November until a software will enable it
The notch is the same but looks bigger because of its size
What does he say about the cameras? Are they the exact same as the 12? Any mention of amount of RAM?

"alqeiooocnvbnc djfalksdjflkasd fjfdaslkjfdask fjdadfs oiuqwerncpicjsdgf .... Super Compact... quizipvnc, q0eujdkjf..."

I understood everything I needed to. 😂

*it's amazing how much is understandable. Just don't ask me to speak it back, lol.

He is basically saying that the iPhone mini is so small that the notch seems allot bigger , also he was convinced that the iPhone 12 will sell the most, however now he is not so sure , the mini has a certain appeal being so powerful and compact . He's referring to the eastern EU market where these phones are priced in Euros and parity between the US dollar and Euro is around 0.8. So yeap still expensive .

If you want more I could do the entire video , but honestly I think most of you got the idea.

I wonder how much penalty he would have to pay for breaching the embargo? Or will he be OK as Apple didn’t provide him with the unit directly?
He's saying that someone gave him the phone , so no embargo . Anyways Apple doesn't really have "influencers" partners within Romania . Is just the way it is.

No one wants to live in the type of world you are trying to create. Let people speak freely

seriously? That poster called someone’s native language “gibberish”

This is a thread about a video that has a hands on look at the iPhone 12 mini, so calling someone’s language gibberish in such a thread is stupid, ignorant, insulting, and an entirely unnecessary comment. And, that poster was appropriately and smartly criticized.

Why not simply ask if there are any native speakers who can give a synopsis? There’s no need for such a comment and I’m happy to see other macrumors posters don’t stand for ignorant comments like that

How’s that for free speech?

Well, it was supposed to be a joke, since it wasn’t really gibberish. But maybe I should’ve put a :) or a ;) at the end just so no one was confused. In fact, I’ll edit it to add one in.
The error gets amplified given the current climate in the US at least.

However, (even though I'm not Romanian, or American for that matter) let me be one to acknowledge and appreciate your clarification. I wish more people did the same, and were tolerant when it is necessary and/or provided.

We're good, my friend. :)

Again....it was a joke. But, I'm sorry that you (and others) didn't seem to understand that.

I wanted to wait and get the mini but I couldn't resist and ended up with the regular 12 and I honestly think I made the right decision. It's the perfect size for me and the flat sides are so much better than the rounded. I can't wait to see the mini in person though I know it's going to be perfect for some people.

I agree wholeheartedly.

I also know we all make mistakes in tone when joking. It took me a while to acclimatize to the way Americans joke around when I first came to the US.

I'm glad we can discuss it, but again, I'm also of the mind that freedom of speech doesn't absolve you from the consequences of what you say.
