I ordered thru sprint last week.. UPS shows my max s in transit at the louisville ky hub.

Just got the email from Apple saying that my Xs has shipped, but the tracking info (which I've been tracking since Monday) keeps saying that the package has been scanned for export at Shenzhen, China (no change since 9/18, 7:00pm local time).

Man I am glad I am not the only one. Its Thursday and mine still says it is in China. I am getting a little worried since I took the day off tomorrow to sign for my phone.
Over the last decade this has happened to me many times. Phone always arrived on time.

Dumb question but... Does anyone know how to cancel a Delivery Change Request? I changed it for my device to be held at the UPS store but it said that would change my delivery date to the 24th and to put it simply I won't be able to get my device if that's true. So I want to change it back to be delivered to my home address, is this possible?
Did you ever get an answer about your order? UPS said mine is set to deliver tomorrow 9/21 at the UPS Store I selected on Tuesday 9/18.

i retrieved my tracking info from tmobile last night and on ups it says it’s going to be shipped from tmobile jeffersonville IN. it says shipment ready for ups but at the same time it says it’ll be delivered today by the end of the day. I’m worried it won’t be delivered today and i’m home waiting for it.

Does anyone know if there is any way of getting around having to sign for the phone? My fed ex tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow by 8pm. I literally cannot sit at home all day and wait for it. Any suggestions? Can i leave a note to leave it st the door?

my apple order status page has a button that says "pre-sign for package" but on the other hand mine is coming via UPS. last time i did this i had to sign a piece of paper and tape it to the door, which kind of telegraphs to passers-by that something expensive is coming...

[doublepost=1537438761][/doublepost]Can someone explain how to track it on Flightaware, now that I have tracking number. I'm stuck on how to find the right flight where my iPhone is. Please help!

i am not sure if this is really possible. my UPS tracking says there was a departure scan from hong kong at 1:39PM, but no UPS jet left hong kong until about 9 hours later. when i checked, there were 2 UPS 747s in flight bound for anchorage. no idea which flight it's on (or if somehow i just couldnt find the earlier flights in flightaware.)

edit: i was using flightradar24, but same difference...

Anyone getting a message saying that the "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later." ?

My delivery date got pushed back from tomorrow to Monday via UPS, Apple still says tomorrow...who to believe

TF? Thankfully no backwards progress for mine, currently reading it left Anchorage at 8:52 this morning after coming in from China

Surprisingly it arrived to my distribution center at 10:30 this morning, hope my ups driver can get it by the time he usually comes at 4pm.

After all of the shenanigans with shipping and my package being held/delayed...I HAVE MY IPHONE XS MAX!!! I’m in love!! ❤️

I love this phone!!! Perfect iPhone so far. Edge to edge plus size is super sexy.
