Dumb question but... Does anyone know how to cancel a Delivery Change Request? I changed it for my device to be held at the UPS store but it said that would change my delivery date to the 24th and to put it simply I won't be able to get my device if that's true. So I want to change it back to be delivered to my home address, is this possible?

Before anyone with a Friday delivery date panics if they don't see "shipped" while others do, I seem to remember one year that some shipped directly from China and others shipped from China to one of several hubs in the US and were then shipped from there to the buyer (even if they weren't being "picked up"). My tracking that year just showed intra-US tracking info and no mention of China and this was for a day-1 phone.

I’ve been calling about this because I did the same thing. The lady on the phone told me that the shipper “UPS” has a restriction once it’s changed to be held at the store. She said the shipping status could change once the phone makes it to the US. If you find something out keep me posted. As of now, the website isn’t allowing me to change it back to my home address but it still shows a 21st delivery date. She also said that by changing it back to the home address it could possibly push the date back more.

Anyone else who placed separate orders for phone and watch (both for delivery on the 21st) see only 1 tracking number on UPS? I think I see the watch only as it has a reference number that matches the Apple order #. But no watch. Which makes me think there may already be stock of the watch in North America???

i ordered mine sept 14 at 10am at a tmobile store. i received the “your payment has been processed” email 1am today, sept 18 but i can’t track my order. help.

My wife's phone is in China with a label printed. Mine isn't showing in the tracking. Hers is being delivered, mine I'm picking up at the apple store!

How nice Timmy Cook! Directly from China!

So much for global warming with all those fossil fuels burned to get them here.

Same here. I have checked "my t-mobile" more times this week than all times before combined. At least I can admit that it's unhealthy. That's the first step to recovery, right?

Lol ! I've been checking like 100 times a day since Saturday. Today the money for the phone was taken out of my banking account .The anticipation is driving me crazy and is it just me or this week is taking forever??! Lol glad to see people with the same amount of love that I have for apple and the iphone.

I'm guessing you think they are going to be shipping out in the next few hours.

My XS Max has been sitting in ZhengZhou since i saw the first info about it on Saturday or Sunday, and has finally gotten a Departure Scan. Not sure where it is going, but it left at 5:46am out of ZhengZhou.

In previous years it has gone to Incheon, South Korea or Shanghai, China and sat there a few more days. Maybe it went through Hong Kong a few times as well. Did I mention that I've had a new iPhone every year since that first one in 2007? We didn't do flight tracking back then. ::grin:: I'm curious if anyone has gotten tracking info on that 5:46 departure from ZhengZhou. I know some folks are really good at finding those things.

After that plane finally arrives at its next port, I get nervous, but it eventually leaves just in time to get to Anchorage and then Louisville with plenty of time to get it on a truck on Friday morning to deliver it to my house before the end of the day.

I really enjoy watching the UPS planes tracking map on FlightAware on Thursday with the 10 or so UPS planes flying from various Asian UPS bases into Anchorage.

It is kind of funny that a few days after I get my phone here I'll be flying with it back to China. I'm grateful for the timing of my trip as I've spent many "iPhone first days" in Australia, always visiting the closest mobile shop to see the newest iPhone in person. My phones have usually arrived back at home later that day and I don't get to see it until the next week.

My iPhone XS Max hasn't been scanned since yesterday at 8:10pm in Korea. My phone case just arrived in my city this morning and is set for delivery TODAY!!

Our 2 Xs phones left Hong Kong last evening. I'm curious, why no email from Apple telling me it's been shipped, and with the tracking number? I got the tracking number from UPS my looking up my phone number in reference field on their website.

No update from Apple but Track by Reference tells me it left Anchorage late last night. Got my new Speck XS Max case yesterday.
